If I could leave no stars I would. Manager was at the bar when we checked in. Someone was getting a sexual favor in the parking lot and the room was dirty. Hair, stains, and not clean for 150$. No refund. Bye do not stay here

The absolute worst experience and even worse customer service. It's impossible to speak to anyone from management.

We had our class with Chef Rick and he was absolutely phenomenal. We learned a lot and we got to eat a lot. It was my first time golfing, and we had a great time. The course is definitely challenging but all of the staff made us feel so welcomed and were so kind to us to make sure we had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is stunning, the decor is really fitting for Texas and the level of service was really good everywhere we went. The food was fabulous and there were a variety of options all on property. The spa was one of my favorite parts and is super Upscale with lots of treatment rooms and amenities. Trick rider I felt was a bit overpriced and unfortunately overwhelmed on Valentine's Day but otherwise we had a lovely experience at the Omni PGA Frisco.

I will say that on arrival I was a little disappointed that the items listed in my preferences (extra pillows and towels, the sleep kit, Get Fit kit, and white noise machine) weren't already in the room, but the experience definitely improved from there. Shoutout to the Black gentleman with the glasses who checked me in late Thursday night and out early Saturday morning and gave me extra driknk tickets without me even asking (I wish I remembered his name), Wendy who delivered my room service and called back to make sure I enjoyed it, Ryan who helped coordinate an event supply drop-off with a colleague, and the blonde woman with glasses who assisted me with collecting everything that evening. Also, the lovely spa staff gave me a quick tour of the space with no hesitation although I did not have a service booked due to time constraints. Thank you to the concierge who loaded everything into my Lyft, the team member who brought the Ulta order I had DoorDashed up to my door when I was too exhausted to grab it, and Rachel and Abraham for sharing all the exciting resort activities, even though I didn't have time to participate. And a special thanks to Diego at Trick Rider, who took wonderful care of me and boxed up some incredible carrot cake that I was too stuffed to eat at the restaurant, along with the manager there. I would absolutely recommend this resort to other solo travelers.

The floors were so dirty that our feet turned black after stepping out of the shower. The bathroom had clear signs of a previous water leak from the floor above, with an unfinished patch job and visible mold throughout the shower enclosure. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers were filthy and filled with mold underneath. The toilet constantly bubbled, the ceiling fan over the bed was missing its light fixture enclosure leaving the bulbs exposed, and the AC unit had visible mold that caused immediate congestion when turned on. The section of the room with wood or LVP flooring was taped down with painter's tape and covered in other guests' hair and dirt. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained in quite some time. We arrived late on Sunday, attended a wedding all day Monday, and checked out early Tuesday morning, so we were unable to report the issues until checkout. When we mentioned the condition of the room to the front desk agent, he didn't respond to our concerns at all and simply said "you're all set." I have photos and videos of the room's condition and will be sharing them as proof. I truly have no idea how this location maintains anything above a two-star rating. This was easily one of the worst hotel stays we've experienced, and I would not recommend this property to anyone until serious maintenance and cleaning improvements are made.

Also, our check out was at 11 am and at 10 am the maid walked into our room while we were changing and asked us if we were going to check out? I was horrified! How inappropriate! This is a gorgeous property in a fantastic location. Checking In & Perks If you aren't a member yet, definitely sign up before you arrive! Upon checking in, we were greeted with a complimentary drink and free WiFi. Karina handled our check-in and was absolutely wonderful--extremely amicable, professional, and the perfect example of excellent customer service. The Atmosphere & Unique Daily Themes One of the coolest features of this hotel is the daily theme hosted in the lobby: Day 1: A complimentary snack cart stocked with chips, candy, and water. Day 2: A fun trail mix station. A bourbon and burger event offered at a very reasonable cost. On our second day, we interacted with Rashad, who was also the absolute epitome of customer service. The staff here truly goes above and beyond. The Rooms & Amenities The rooms are incredibly large, spacious, and well-designed. Our room faced the mini-field at The Star adjacent to the hotel. Even though the hotel was completely at full capacity during our stay, the room was remarkably quiet. The soundproofing is top-notch. The bathroom was equally spacious. We did have one minor hiccup where a provided bath towel was visibly dirty, but the staff handled it flawlessly, immediately exchanging it for fresh linens the next morning. The pool area is beautiful, and both the bartenders and pool attendants were incredibly attentive and quick with their service. Dining & Events We spent some time at Neighbors, the on-site bar and restaurant, and sat on the patio to people-watch. There are also plenty of other great restaurants within short walking distance. As for the birthday celebration, the event space was stunning. The decor leading up to and outside of the ballroom was beautiful and incredibly well-executed. The event food and drinks were great overall; the only minor drawback was that the fries were a bit too salty, but the rest of the meal was delicious. A Special Highlight As an added bonus, Samuel L. Jackson was filming a spinoff of Tulsa King right when we arrived! Despite the production hustle and bustle, the hotel staff did a seamless job of accommodating regular guests and maintaining a premium experience. In closing, I highly recommend this property for its spacious rooms, stellar location, and a team that truly understands hospitality. We will definitely be back!

The hotel kept pushing back on contract decision already agreed on and signed off on. We had difficulty getting someone to come and open doors despite having instructions on time frames we needed rooms. One of the rooms we had till midnight one day, was taken over by cleaning crew almost 2 hours before we were even supposed to be out. We had a room near the lobby and outside people kept coming in, I had to tell 3 different people, in which the last person saw it first hand and handled it luckily but things just weren't done in a timely fashion. Now to talk about the room... let me just say, it's clean, it has everything you need for a stay but it is not a wow factor, nor does it impress you. For the amount of money you are spending per night at the this place, you at least expect some decent tv service. The shower has 1 sliding door that honestly does nothing to stop the water from splashing out onto the tile. The lamps in my room closest to the beds didn't even work. The closet wouldn't fully close which made the light stay on. And the toilet required you to flush several times just to get the toilet paper to go down. The room service is on very limited hours, but in top of that the restaurant has very limited and just ok meals. Overall just not impressed with this place whatsoever.

Well, she hit it right on the head with her assessment of this spot which matches mine as well. However I had a wonderful experience here so I'm bumping up a notch. This hotel is clean and fancy with it's high rise floors, rooftop pool, in-house restaurant/bar/coffee shop, and it's connected to the mall with free parking. There's also plenty of dining around. The rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable. The pool was closed since we were in December with temperatures dropping but I hope next time I'll get to experience it. I may have an assignment in the Plano/Frisco area in the summer so I will do my best to try to stay here again so I can relive the experience I had before with the added bonus of checking out that pool!

I know, by the time you cut all that crap out of your magazine, I've already obtained what you're manifesting (the vision boarders come for me all the time). That said. She's solid. Clean. Comfortable. Connected directly to a mall, a kids' play place, a movie theater, and probably a place to get your eyebrows threaded. You could kill a week here without ever stepping outside. It's the Disneyland of convenience. The pool is also trying to impress, but it's more like kids squealing and cannonballing than relax with a mojito. Still, decent chairs. Good towels. Does the job. She's a practical queen in a cocktail dress. Not fancy, but fun.
