Don't fall for the obviously paid reviews on Priceline and travel sites. This is BY FAR the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at -- tops even the Holiday Inn I reviewed earlier. Entire place is like a crime scene with blood and semen stains in the mildewy room that apparently had not been cleaned in months judging by the amount of dust on headboards. Chipped furniture. Dirty carpets. Dining area had sprung a water leak so they placed a trash can to collect the drip. read more

In the area visiting family and decided to stay at the Frisco location. Parking is congested but we was able to find a space luckily each time we needed . Walking in staff is very busy and never makes eye contact upon entry. There is a Mildew smell of maybe mopping with old water and carpets have an old smell as well. For the most part the hotel is clean just muggy. Location is right off the highway and that is definitely a plus and eateries are definitely in the area to get late night snacks and gas. Room did have microwave and refrigerator , that is always a plus. Also continental breakfast was good and hot and staff was attentive in keeping area clean and stocked. Overall ok but probably won't pick this hotel again. read more

When I arrived at the comfort inn and suites, the front desk person, Stacy was very helpful and kind. When I checked into my room, and I saw the condition of the room, the night manager, Roger gave me cleaning supplies I can clean it myself. I considered staying somewhere else while I could not stay at my home in Denton. Then the ice storm hit Texas. While I stayed at this location for two weeks, I saw the cleaning staff and the morning kitchen staff go over and above their duties, staying at the hotel, so that the guests could be taken care of. However, I also saw a complete lack of professionalism by the manager of Michael, whom I only saw one time in person. Another major issue was the fact that Chris, one of the front desk workers, repeatedly called my room and gave me his personal phone number so that we could "hook up." This was highly unprofessional and disturbing. However, nothing was done about his behavior. read more

REQUEST AN EVEN NUMBERED ROOM. The odd rooms face the toll road which is LOUD. I have stayed at airport hotels that are quieter. I requested a room change but could not be accommodated. Very convenient to Toyota stadium though. I hate to say negative things about housekeeping, but as with so many hotels the sign about the chain's environmental commitment with the towels is ignored daily. Suggests a management problem. The fact that I got new towels that I didnt want but not new coffee that I did was a bummer. I would stay here again but it could have been better read more

There are a lot of hotels in Frisco especially off of main st. Comfort Suites was nice all around but the room needed some attention and care. When we arrived we were able to check in right away which was nice. The hotel was full as there were some tournaments happening that week and many sports teams were staying at the Comfort Suites. When we got up to our room it was clean but did smell; the closest thing I could explain is it smelled like dirty clothes. Also our shower would not drain. To the hotels credit they had the issue fixed very quickly! Breakfast every day was continental and free. It was good and just like most hotels. They had a large seating area and kept it clean. All in all this hotel is average which is not bad. It's not above average and that's the bottom line. If my room didn't smell it would have been a better experience. read more

Comfort Suites usually meets all our expectations. In normal times, this place is probably 4 or 5 stars. But in corona times, they seriously fell short. Our room, as usual, was just fine. Great beds, great bathroom with a shower that had lots of pressure. The casing of the a/c rattled and rattled. Covering it with pillows finally stopped the racket. Now, Glenda will sleep till 10 am. My quiet time is 6 am, hot coffee, the newspaper, and free breakfast. Well, I got the 6 am and the coffee parts. Sorry, no paper. Sorry, no hot breakfast. Your welcome to a waffle. Pure sugar, no thank you. How about a prepackaged muffin? Pure sugar, no thank you. How about a bagel with no cream cheese? Sorry, we're out of cream cheese. She did tell me about prepackaged breakfast sandwiches, that they don't have. It's times like this when you go overboard to make sure your guests are happy. You can see the empty Breakfast room in my only picture. Now, when corona is over, this place will be back to 4 stars I'm sure. They met all of my business needs. However, the door key was a problem. Some of the front desk staff were helpful. The breakfast was great. I was able to get comfortable and enjoy my stay. There are some great eating locations nearby that I liked. It was easy to access the roads to get around. read more

Was in Frisco for a weekend wealth leadership conference with my husband and to say that it was amazing is an understatement! The entire staff here went above and beyond, and just a pleasure to be around! The daily breakfast was delicious, I love the waffle maker makes your waffles in the shape of Texas!!! Excellent options, and the room! We felt like we were in a 5 Star hotel and hence me rating it 5 stars right now! We highly recommend you stay here when in Frisco! They have a 24 gym it's small but can meet your work out needs when on the road. Their pool is indoor, however it closes by 10PM. read more

This hotel was cheap (depending upon opinion, for me it was $95 a night) and I got an amazing room. It was smoke-free, (as it said) and was quite large compared to other hotels. The staff was nice and worked exceptionally well. In the lobby they usually have free cookies and you can buy other snacks along with it. This hotel has free wifi, breakfast, and awesome view of the soccer complex nearby. One of the bad things was the elevator creaked quite a bit. This put me on edge a little, but was okay. It also took a while to call up/down. P.S. This is my personal opinion of this hotel, and if you disliked it, that's alright. read more

When 12 women named Marilee decide to meet up in nearby Marilee, TX, you can guarantee shenanigans will ensue. Everyone at the hotel was warm and inviting. The general manager even came out to meet us all. At one point she did have to ask us to quite down, but she did so with a smile. The hotel is really nice. The rooms are very open and spacious, with a nice sitting area and sofa. If I find myself going to the area again I will be sure to stay here. read more

I have stayed in this hotel more then a few times and everything has been fine. This time was different, room was dirty and after housekeeping left I found a empty Pinot Grigio bottle on the side of my bed. Upon leaving I was charged for smoking in the room 100$!! I am not even a smoker. When I called to complain and let them know I don't even smoke. The manager Jeanette was rude and argumentative. Mind you I was on the first floor 3 rooms away from the lobby. Everything about this place was just a bit under par. From the short staff at the front desk to the fact that there's no ice machine on the first floor, and the key kept not working for my room door so I had to go get it updated at least once a day. The staff said, "it's because you're putting it next to your cell phone how are your credit cards," but no, it was in its own pocket. They need to get a new key card system that works! Minor annoyance is the fluorescent bulbs they use. LED or incandescent have much nicer light. They also didn't clean my room for four days, even after I asked, so the the trash bins were overflowing, they said I should've scheduled it, but I didn't know that when I arrived at the hotel. The lobby and elevators were under construction and the new hardwood floor in lobby smell chemical. We left our room at 9:00 am and we came back at 3:00 pm and than we left our room at 5:00 pm. Before we left our hotel, I talked to Chase ( the resepcianist ) and he said for sure he will send someone to clean up our rooms and making the bed, but guess what ??? No one ever touched our room the whole day and the entire few days and that's why I want to make sure that you won't use this hotel. This hotel earned three stars. The front desk was helpful but each time we needed something we had to wait for someone to show up. Maybe there was a break room in the back, but we hardly ever saw someone at the front desk. Even to check in, we had to wait at least 5 minutes before someone was there. The room lacked modern decor and could have used a touch up on paint as it was peeling in several areas. The beds were ok, not the best but definitely not the worst. The room was small and cramped but for the price it was reasonable. The pool was nice, a bit on the small side but had nice fake rocks and a waterfall. The water was cold especially considering it was indoor. It was too cold to even go in. The hot tub was nice and warm but lacked an actual step inside. You stepped onto a seat but then there was a big drop from there. We had to request towels for the pool as there were none out to use. The complimentary breakfast was good! Yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, pastries, and assorted breads. Coffee and juice. There was no seating available and we had to wait quite a bit for something to open up. Perhaps they could have opened one of the meeting rooms for overflow but there wasn't anyone at the front desk to inquire about it. Stayed at this hotel for a wedding nearby...the staff was very friendly and helpful. We must have had 3/4 of the hotel booked up with people from the wedding since they are under construction. After the wedding, we went back for an afterparty and got in a little trouble with some of our neighbors. Instead of shutting the party down, they offered up a space away from other guests for the group, which was awesome. read more

When I got a hold of the GM, she quickly handled the situation and had my items waiting for me at the front desk. So I can now overlook the shuttle issue. My family was very grateful to gain access to a wheelchair-accessible room at the Comfort Suites Frisco from 06/28-07/01. The room suited our family's needs perfectly, and I was very touched by how many staff members offered helpful hints ("use the side door right outside your room to save your Mom some time and energy"), along with Miss Alexa's incredible kindness and very gracious supply of extra towels (so many towels). My niece loved the breakfast options every morning, and she enjoyed a lovely swim in the pool, as well. We will be back later this month, and again in August and September; it does seem "Comfort"-ing to know we will stay in a tidy spot with friendly staff members! read more

Great option in a sea of accommodations in this area! First. the little wrongs: (1) there was quite a bit of wear in the rooms. It can seem kind of gross/dirty but it's not in places that really matter like the bed, seating, bathtub, etc. (2) the first room we were given had a running toilet. We called to have it fixed (we hadn't even used it, it was running when we walked in) and maintenance had left for the day so they gave us the room next door which was an easy switch The great things: the price is incredibly competitive. I was there on a weekday but it couldn't have been more quiet, lots of parking. Delivery options and lots of local dinner options. I couldn't choose! Right off the tollway. Finally: a pretty expansive breakfast that includes eggs, bacon, bagels, muffins, fruit, cereal, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal. That's a LOT for a weekday morning breakfast! read more

If your a soccer kid, parent, coach....this place is perfect for you or a family with teens. (Right behind the FC Dallas field. If you have a baby, it is defintely not. Too loud late at night and early mornings. Housekeeping in too early, waking up the baby. Staff are very friendly and helpful on front desk. Breakfast was so full there were no seats avaliable, but it's a decent breakfast to say it's free (prob why it was so full, maybe extend the time so it isn't a free for all at 915?). This place isn't worth $140 a night..... $110 is more realistic. Generally my 3 stars is as a parent of a young baby and it's just too loud and disturbing here late on and early on, not because of poor quality. read more

Every light in the room appeared to be fluorescent. And it seemed I was in the dark even when the lights were on. The desk lamp resembled a weird UFO on a stick; what?? The room itself felt like an abandoned Frisco doctors office...dunno, just didn't feel comfortable. (Laundry $1.25 per wash/dry). I think this location got caught up in the Aloft hype. read more

Had a great 3 night stay here last weekend. The room was spacious, comfortable, modern, and clean. The breakfast was good with a large variety of food. And the staff was helpful and professional. There are several options for food within walking distance, and the location was central to a lot of things in Frisco. Really can't ask for more from a hotel. read more

Total nightmare. Avoid at ALL cost. Arrived 6/20. Hallway with extensive odor of mold. Staff blamed on previous youth soccer teams that recently checked out. Odor remained throughout stay. When ANY room above us showered or flushed, the sound of cascading water echoed throughout room. Clearly drain pipes not insulated and run directly through wall between sleeping area and bathroom. When complained to s taff they offered free "snack". Really????? First night when it was over 90 degrees we Lost power. Learned NOT first time this has happened. No sleep rest night. Second evening fire alarm sounds after midnight. Again no sleep. When staff clean, they telk, laugh and joke at top of their lungs. . Unable make up any sleep. When complained, no one cares. There is NO sound insulation, dirty hot tub, cloudy pool. Avoid at all cost. Pay $10 - $20 more per evening and get real comfort and peace and quiet elsewhere. This place needs inspected and needs a real make over. UPDATE 6/22:. After middle of night fire alarm fiasco, no sleep second day of stay; learn elevators non-functional and no one even k owe why. read more

This is a nice little hotel located in Frisco off of Dallas North Tollway. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. My family of 5 found the double queen beds more than comfortable. The room itself seemed spacious and even had a pull out couch if needed. This hotel is located next to some great eateries such as the Blue Goose Cantina which we plan on eating at tonight. It's also right next to Toyota Stadium where FC Dallas plays. We will definitely look forward to staying at other Comfort Suites hotels in the future. read more

Great from the minute I walked in. Customer service was fast in getting us our room keys. Room was OUTSTANDING- double queen beds, couch and coffee table in a section of its own. Refrigerator coffee maker nice size bathroom with plenty of towels. Nice pool and hot tub - only bad part was parents NOT watching their kids and they kept jumping in the hot tub or on the other side in the pool and splashing the cold water onto people in the hot tub.
