With life happening and my work hours being very similar to their pick-up hours, I figured I would see if it was possible to pay to have it shipped to me. I emailed them YESTERDAY and received a very prompt response that, yes it was possible and they would send it right out. You can place an order for your whole group with him or he can set up an online store for the members of your group to place their own orders and pay him directly. You can pick up the items and pass them out to your members, he can ship the orders, or you can do a combination of both. He is always done with orders before the date he gives you. A real pleasure to work with! Mine was a very small order and all I wanted was a single hoodie for me to wear as a one-person photography business owner. I thought it would be near impossible to find a firm that would actually want to take such a small order. There was nothing in my area of CA so I found this firm in MI. Add to that, that I was very particular about what kind of hoodie I wanted, and I changed my order from a polo shirt and hoodie to eventually just a hoodie, and Danny worked with me every step of the way. He sent me samples for a small fee (the value of one I ended up choosing ended up coming off my printing bill), as the default choice for black hoodies wasn't quite up to my high standards. I found from the selection Danny made available, a really nice, thick American Apparel one, that I tried on and decided I'd like to go ahead with it. The team helped me with the artwork and this was smooth too as I already had a clear idea and a mock-up of what I wanted it to look like. Being able to try it on (not something I expected to be possible, given that I am nowhere near their facility), was huge for me in building trust, given that it was a $140+ order and it probably wouldn't be possible to get a re-do if I didn't like the quality of the hoodie. The printing and the speed of email reply was super, super quick and I couldn't be more impressed with how smoothly everything went. Prices were manageable and I'm just so grateful that they were happy to serve me with my super tiny order.

Only issue with the shirts themselves was a color I had asked for wasn't used and another was chosen without my consent. This wasn't a huge deal, shirts still looked good. My issue with this company...their owner/ staff are extremely rude. I had to repeatedly ask for updates and info on my order. Calls were not returned, so I had to stop in the store for updates regularly... every time being met with disdain. Really suggest these people go through some customer service training...
