I emailed corporate multiple times and received no real help or accountability. They also overcharge, charging the same price for face-only Clear + Brilliant as other med spas that include neck and chest. Unprofessional, careless, and untrustworthy. Once they have your money, you're on your own. Avoid.

Upon entering, I noticed the inside looked dusty and unkept as well. The front desk agent had no record of an appointment with me and asked if I booked with a medspa. I showed her the series of text confirmations, and she kept getting frustrated and walking to the back offices. The office is oddly configured, and the access to the medical offices is wide open, which was another red flag from a privacy/ cleanliness standpoint. I ended up walking out due to a lack of coordination and cleanliness standards. Don't waste your time here. If they can't keep an office clean and inviting, I can't trust them to use clean tools on my body.

When I made the…read moreappointment, they had already reminded me to stop using acids and retinol products two weeks beforehand, so during these past two weeks I basically only focused on moisturizing and sunscreen. Check-in was simple and quick, and after only waiting a few minutes, it was my turn. My esthetician was Jennifer, a Korean girl who was very gentle and patient in explaining every step, including cleansing, the Hydrafacial treatment, blackhead extraction, facial mask, and sunscreen application. Since it was my first Hydrafacial, I had quite a few questions, and she answered all of them patiently. There was also a neck massage during the treatment. Jennifer frequently checked in with me and adjusted the machine based on my feedback, although honestly I didn't feel any discomfort the entire time. The whole Hydrafacial session lasted about 60 minutes. Jennifer suggested that next time I could try the 90-minute treatment, which includes not only the 60-minute Hydrafacial but also serums and LED light therapy. Overall, it was a really great experience. The facial treatment was non-irritating and very gentle throughout. Before I left, Jennifer reminded me that she had already applied sunscreen for me, which is especially important in Las Vegas. Also, the shop is located on the second floor, and there's plenty of convenient parking nearby in Shanghai Plaza.
