The burn marks stayed on my damn skin for over a year. Why would I want to come back to you to fix it when you did a hydro facial on my back that made absolute zero sense to do? No I STAYED away from your business because you burned me, as you have to other patients. I never leave reviews on places, but patients need to know before coming here for laser treatments what you are capable of doing. Not to mention, why should I have to call and follow up with you on YOUR MISTAKE? You were completely not bothered about how awful my back looked. If I could give a zero star I would. BEWARE of this awful place. I came in here because I had small old acne scars on my back that I wanted to get rid of. I spoke to the "esthetician" there and told her I thought maybe a chemical peel would help. She insisted on an IPL laser treatment. I ended up doing it, the nurse Jayme was the one that did the treatment on me. Not only did the procedure hurt, which it's not supposed to, she burned the absolute crap out of my back! I had burn marks all over and on the sides. She told me this is normal. A whole month passes and the burn marks are there, even more noticeable and ugly. This made me so self conscious. I contacted Jayme and she had me come in for a hydro facial to help my back. That only irritated my back more. She has absolutely NO idea what the hell she's doing. I went down the road to a skilled esthetician and got her opinion. She told me that I was not the only patient that came to her from being burned by Jayme. One year later and over 2000 to get my back fixed, it's finally a slow progress. DONT GO HERE. Jayme does not care about her patients.

While they treat us like royalty at first, it soon became obvious that they rush you to sign up for their yearly membership, upsell on services and does not offer good quality treatments. I mostly did micro needling, which I think was decent. The most painful micro needling as the numbing cream didn't help. But their hydra facials feel off, a different aesthetician said it's an off brand facial and not a real hydra facial. Overpriced. It's McDonald's level treatment but they charge Wolfgang Puck prices.
