Came here after purchasing a Groupon for microneedling with PRP and it was the best experience possible. I've never had microneedling done so I was hesitant about the purchase but have only heard good things especially since I'm getting married in 6 weeks. I did some research and even attended a demonstration at another business to educate myself. When I saw the Groupon and looked up reviews for Beverly Hills plastic surgeons, I felt comfortable buying and making the appointment. I originally tried to make the appointment online and couldn't find any open appointments. I then called and they said they were moving away from the online scheduling system and would rather go through everything over the phone especially if there's any pre procedure instructions or questions that they need answered prior to booking. I loved that, a business who wants to communicate with the customer and make sure there's no misunderstandings. There were several appointments available at all times of the day any day of the week. When I got there, they were also just as attentive if not more! I was also then walked into one of the rooms and asked about my history, any goals I had for my skin, and medications. Part of the pre procedure was also talking to a PA and verifying my history. Then Evie came in to start the blood withdraw. Throughout the process I was constantly asked about how I felt, what to expect, and how I would like to proceed. Since I was nervous, they told me I could wait an entire hour for my numbing, which I did. I didn't feel rushed and felt comfortable the whole time. I LOVED this. As mentioned previously I went to a demonstration elsewhere. Numbing was only 15 minutes there so the fact that they allowed me 1 hour, made me feel so safe and relaxed. Last Wednesday, I went to the BHPS Las Vegas location to try a Hydrafacial. When I made the appointment, they had already reminded me to stop using acids and retinol products two weeks beforehand, so during these past two weeks I basically only focused on moisturizing and sunscreen. Check-in was simple and quick, and after only waiting a few minutes, it was my turn. My esthetician was Jennifer, a Korean girl who was very gentle and patient in explaining every step, including cleansing, the Hydrafacial treatment, blackhead extraction, facial mask, and sunscreen application. Since it was my first Hydrafacial, I had quite a few questions, and she answered all of them patiently. There was also a neck massage during the treatment. Jennifer frequently checked in with me and adjusted the machine based on my feedback, although honestly I didn't feel any discomfort the entire time. The whole Hydrafacial session lasted about 60 minutes. Jennifer suggested that next time I could try the 90-minute treatment, which includes not only the 60-minute Hydrafacial but also serums and LED light therapy. Overall, it was a really great experience. The facial treatment was non-irritating and very gentle throughout. Before I left, Jennifer reminded me that she had already applied sunscreen for me, which is especially important in Las Vegas. They need to get rid of raggedy towels that they put on top of the pillow you lay your head on. The band they put around your head could benefit greatly from a lint shaver. There were white specks of something over the whole thing. While the aesthetician did a good job and everyone was nice, these made the whole experience off putting. read more

Kiki explained all of the procedures and offered me plenty of time to ask questions. Then, I was escorted to a room to have numbing cream applied and wait for my procedure. I had the PRP Micro needling, I think also known as the vampire facial, it was my first time and I didn't know what to expect before I arrived. Not going to lie - I love the services they offer here. I originally came on a Groupon facial and really enjoyed it so I got a membership. I have had 2 PRP facials - depending on the provider that does it, it can hurt and be very uncomfortable or it can be the opposite. The staff is kind, but what I don't like about this place is that they take lots of before pictures and it can get expensive when your skin is analyzed so much that you want to buy services to keep your vanity. The other thing that I wish they did better on was help offer skincare products after the service, which they don't. They have a wall of skincare products but I don't purchase because I have no idea what to get. Overall, I have liked my skin and the results after the services. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place and probably wouldn't go back. I purchased a Groupon for a PRP Microneedling session, and it was definitely the BEST and most effective facial that I've ever had (and I've had many!). However, the front desk ladies and other patrons were suuuuuper judge-y and made the whole vibe feel very 'off'. I would 100% get future microneedling treatments again, but definitely not here. First of all, the pros: - Super easy to make an appointment - I don't think they're very busy lol - The NP who drew my blood and did my treatment was kind, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. She wasn't the problem at all! - The treatment itself was amazing - gave me glowing skin, helped to fade some of my post-acne red marks, and was everything I wanted it to be. They numbed the crap out of my face, so it wasn't painful at all. The downtime was also fine - Make sure you do your research beforehand, follow their post-op instructions, and you should be good as new in 3-4 days. Just remember that you walk out with blood all over your face for the next 24 hours, so plan accordingly :) I ended up going clubbing the night of my treatment and probably looked crazy, but it was worth it - I would give the treatment itself, 10 stars if I could! Now, the reason I gave this whole experience 3 stars: - As I said, I purchased my treatment through Groupon, which they honored with no problem. However, the front desk ladies were complaining during my appointment (in front of me!) about how they weren't making money off me and, in general, how uncool it was that I was using a Groupon. Granted, they were speaking in Mandarin and probably didn't know that I also spoke the language, but I look Chinese, so that's quite an assumption on their end... - I understand that they do make less because I used a Groupon and that must be frustrating, but complaining in front of me was incredibly unprofessional and made me feel all sorts of uncomfortable. At least wait until I'm not sitting two feet away! - Then, a regular customer came in, looked at me (with PRP/blood on my face), and remarked to the front desk ladies that I was so vain for getting treatments at such a young age, that I shouldn't be there, etc. Again, in Mandarin, and again assuming that I didn't understand them. Such a bizarre experience! Overall, great treatment, but bad vibes. I have a mixed feeling about this place. here are the pros and cons: *service girl is very gentle and ensure i was comfy; * equipment, room and common area is clean and classy; *easy to make appoinment even if you have groupon; *upfront about Groupon deals is for 1st time and per person; The cons are the customer service and consultation. The beauty consultant takes you to a seperate room after the treatment, explaining what you should do based on your skin condition. However, their costis not transparent to customer and there's a folder in front of her literally listed all service and fees. When I peep on one of the service and pointed out, she will immidately closed the folder and explain these cost apply to members only. Whenver there's chance, she will sell MEMBERSHIP for $299 or $599 for lifetime member or annually. (This is debated because she insisted it's lifetime but just couple years ago it was for annually ). I asked a few questions realized she's going around the circle and tried to educate me how effective each of their service is. The info is easily found on google to be honest. When I asked her about PRP, Botox, filler and other items, She will copy and paste some answers to me within 24 hours, but NEVER quoted me. Last she can do when I pressured her, she would like it's ranging from $8-$13 per unit and different brand has different cost, it also depends on your membership tiers. (in which it's super odd). My biggest concern is if business shut down or change ownership like many others during pandemic, will they refund the $599 membership? The answer is no because they have several location in CA I was recommended continue to use. I don't know the ownership issues but if this store shuts down in NV then you basically get nothing back. You are buying a membership for discounted beauty service which concerns me as customer. Again, the rest of the staff is very friendly, don't get me wrong. I am sure the nurses or doctors can be trustworthy based on their credentials and reputation. It's just the ways they obtain business is weird. This is how they calculate the cost, this is just an example: Say acne or hydra facial: Basic member $129, premium member $109 and deluxe member $79; non-member cost :$349 (in which you will never sign up for so much) memberships are $199/$299/$399/$599 apply to different membership.... Sooo.. Im not sure how my stars I wanna put here... but i agree with some of the ppl.. I did the prp hair treatment and it was done very well. What I don't agree with is their customer service. I got there 20min early yet they had me waiting because another person was late so they decided to not tell me they wanted to take me in over an hour later‍ I was upset because I had another appointment to attend, so I had to reschedule.
