Was a bit late due to traffic but apologized and was very sincere about it. My car came out looking so nice!!! My daughter even said that it looked like my car was brand new again! Needed my seats washed due to some water stains and they came off after many tries of different places attempting to take them off! They were even able to vacuum out in between the cracks of where my seats are which was very shocking to me! I was very happy with the services! We had Mauricio detail our cars once before, and he did an equally wonderful job this time as well. It took about an hour, and my car was spotless both inside and out. My car hadn't had a nice wax in such a long time, and it looked terrific afterwards. I also liked what he used on my seats to make them look so clean and soft. Mauricio is professional and does amazing work. I'm really glad that he's reasonably priced too, and it is nice to have a great mobile detail service that will come out to our "neck of the woods" every once in a while. He also said that we could message him if we needed him to come and detail our cars sooner. We do a lot of driving and traveling to the mountains, and our cars get so dirty! I had another appointment and had to leave by 12:15 but he said it would only take 45 minutes. It was 12:20 and he was finishing up. He was very nice but the quality of cleaning was sub par. He left a lot of spots on my windows. Did a poor job wiping down the inside. And even missed some obvious trash on the floor. Even though he is mobile and came to my home I do not think the cost was worth it. Unfortunately I don't think I'll use them again which is sad because they are in Rancho and I was looking for a new mobile wash.
