Wow, I was pleasantly surpised with their amazing and friendly staff! The nice lady at the entrance area explained the 4 different wash packages. They offer unlimited wash per month or a one-time wash each with a pre-defined price. Each wash includes free vacuum. I was informed I can use the vacuums without a car wash purchase. Cool! Thank you so much MCW! I went with the basic wash for $10. That's all I need for now. I'll try the basic plus $15 next time. Prices are subject to change. The friendly gentleman guided me into the wash area. Wash was quick and easy. Lots of vacuum parking spaces. Two restrooms are available for customer use. Vending machine has towels and air fresheners for purchase. They sell their own brand towel for $1 at the entrance. I missed it, hence, I bought a $3 towel from the vending machine. Upon arriving to have my truck washed, I accepted an upsell from your sales representative for additional services, including treatment for the trim and seats. While waiting, I observed a detailing staff member behaving in a manner that appeared pressure-oriented toward customers regarding tips. While I initially paid little mind to this, it became a direct issue once my vehicle was completed. Before tipping, I inspected the front of my truck and found remaining bug residue on the body and trim. When I requested that this be addressed, the attendant made only a minimal effort--leaving several spots unresolved, so I had to clean portions myself. Despite the incomplete service, I still provided a gratuity. In response, the employee expressed clear displeasure, implying the amount was insufficient. Gratuity is meant to acknowledge exceptional service, not to be treated as a mandatory requirement--especially when basic detailing standards are missed. Given the incomplete work, a tip was not warranted. If aggressive tipping expectations and substandard quality control continue to be tolerated, I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
