I was late today so i had to wait too long to be seen, they were busy (i understood) so i rescheduled because my mother drove me and was waiting in her car with her dog and it was just too hot. when the girl wiped the numbing cream off my brows, it was painful- she pressed so hard that she ripped my transplant hairs out and the site is bleeding. i am still in shock. The area was hurting since i left but i didnt look at it until i got home as we had some errands to run. As soon as i saw the transplant had been ripped out and on my left brow , the site was bleeding, i called immediately to cancel my rescheduled appt . I also told the lady on the phone what happened and she gasped and said "oh no , i am so sorry ". I appreciate that but it wasn't her fault. Id like an apology from the actual girl that hurt me and an acknowledgement of her mistake. I messaged them on instagram and they keep saying she applied gentle pressure and worked there many years. I can guarantee you , it was anything but gentle and the picture shows where the hair is missing and where i was bleeding. I really did like this place and referred a couple friends. Yikes. * The 4th session (the worst and last for me) was done by an inexperienced nurse who accidentally targeted my eyelid/eyelash area with the laser. * This caused significant pain, tearing, and irritation, and part of my eyelash was burned/cut off by mistake!!!!!. * Her reaction was unprofessional when I pointed it out. * I immediately reported the issue to reception. * I was later connected to a remote nurse/clinician via video call, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting castor oil and saying it would regrow. (yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time.
