I recently had work done at Pretty & Plumped after not having visited since March 2026. Although I live in another county, I gladly make the drive because Patty is truly one of the best in the industry. Unfortunately, when I needed a Botox touch-up, I was unable to make the drive to Patty's location and went to a med spa in Temecula instead. I was not satisfied with the results or impressed with my overall experience. The provider also recommended Radiesse, but rather than explaining why it would be appropriate for me, she focused primarily on the promotional special. Patty's approach is entirely different. She always takes the time to explain why she recommends a particular treatment or product. She genuinely cares about achieving the best results and recommending what is most appropriate for each client. My experience at another med spa confirmed yet again that Patty and Pretty & Plumped are exceptional on so many levels. I was also happy to learn that Patty now offers Radiesse and Alastin products. I purchased the ALASTIN HydraTint Pro Mineral Broad Spectrum Sunscreen and absolutely love it! I'm giving this 3 stars due to customer service. This place is clean, and has great customer service.. however, she is a hit or miss. At times she's careful and precise, but there are times she is rushing and just wants to get you out of there. Last time I went, I ended up with a stye in my eye. It a was terrible not to mention embarrassing. Went to the the ER and they confirmed it was due to Botox not administered properly. I knew it too.
