Purchased hydrangeas. Received rolled up in brown paper, tied with a piece of raffia. Drove directly home, 25 mins, placed in water. They are wilted, droopy and some discoloration. They sold me old flowers. I called asking how to make something to add to the water to freshen them up as a packet wasn't included. I received a call back a few hours later stating to place then upside down in water as that's all I could do with hydrangeas. I now have dripping droopy flowers for a birthday gift. I've learned tonight that it's well known among professionals to avoid using them as the flowers are usually too old and won't hold up for events. read more

We ordered a bridal bouquet and 4 bridesmaid bouquets, and one centerpiece, which ran about ~$650 with no delivery, since we were getting hitched down the road at Paradise Springs. They were stunning. Even the artificial substitutes for the out of season items, like the succulents and privet berries looked fabulous, I couldn't tell they weren't real. We did it all over email since we're in LA and everything went smooth--my dad picked up the flowers the morning of the wedding and everything was fresh and well packed. I could not see pictures of plants on their website, only flowers. I was able to bring up plant pics on my phone but no information on sizes. When I called and spoke with their representative, she could not answer any of my questions. I also noted that they were overcharging on sales tax. When I questioned why, she responded that California charges sales tax. I stated yes, that is true but they could not charge more than what is set by the State and local authorities. She said that the owner insisted on charging more. Not only is this illegal, it is highly unethical! I have reported them to the State Board of Equalization. read more

I did not have a good experience here. I ordered my wedding bouquet and flower head wreath here months in advance and when i arrived there was only a few flowers on the head wreath, the flowers were dead and when the sales girl took it out of the flower fridge to give to me the wiring came apart and she had to put it together again. She was open to redoing my head wreath all the way around instead of 1/5 only covered in dead flowers and allowed me to pick the flowers of my choice. However the flowers were dead and falling off before my wedding and my husbands boutineer flower was dead. The Wreath was made too small for my head and i had to cut it and make it bigger.
