If you have read my other reviews you will know that I cut 0 slack and have extremely high and intelligent standards. Customer Service and ambiance: I walked in here not even knowing that olive oil/vinegar bars existed but what a pleasant surprise. The staff was EXTREMELY courteous and knowledgable....not salesy at all. The room was set up very nice and it was easy to sample the product. Olive oil/Balsamic: about 15 different flavors of each. Also about 6 regular olive oils from various olives. The tastes are incredible! I tried about 10 different samplings and really enjoyed them all. Not overpowering and very fresh tasting believe it or not. Pricing: extremely reasonable! Try the Enchanted Olive out right away! This would be a fun place to go with friends, by yourself, or even part of a date and there are several neat stores along this street to check out! read more

So made a special trip to get balsamic vinegar and they were closed. I checked their hours before coming and the sign said their hours are Wednesday 10 - 6. Sign also said come on we are open. Bummer! Guess I should have called! read more

Enchanted Olive used to be a premier boutique in Mooresville, and now it's seemingly on the brink of collapse. Relegated to a dusty corner of the Antique mall, even the employees have somehow forgotten about it. I've been no less than three times in the past six months, and every time I've found myself staring at a yellow gate blocking the entrance, no employees in sight. The business hours are displayed clearly on the website and on a sign, yet nobody can be bothered to work them. I was there Saturday (June 13th), at 4:12 pm, and you guessed it: Closed, even though the sign says open until 6;00pm. Only a tiny selection of bottles stacked on display next to the gate were available. It's a shame, because they have a great product. I wish the owners cared about it as much as the customers who try to shop there. read more

They had me at Hello... Amazing Friendly staff that caters your experience to your taste. I have a pepper allergy and they were very conscious of that as they helped me to figure out what combinations I was going to put together... I have been back several times since my initial visit. Upgraded from little sample bottles to the real deal & l have also been using their fresh herbs... Having lots of fun with new combinations & they have even brought in some new seasonal flavors in as well... If you love to cook, you really don't want to miss the wonderful flavors Enchanted Olive has to offer... Try taking the blood orange olive oil & mix it in your brownie mix... YUM!!! I have plenty of other things that I have been playing with like different olive oils and popcorn... The ideas are endless! Really you have to go in & check them out! read more

Went in and was overwhelmed with so much variety of choices. With the help of friendly staff and tasting a countless amount of balsamic vinegars and paired with suggested olive oils . Ended up purchasing a lovely blueberry balsamic and a Meyer lemon infused olive oil to go on salads! read more

I hate to be the one that rains in every bodies parade, but we went to the enchanted olive very excited about what we were about to experience. Unfortunately the store is closed and they have moved just out of town to an antique mall. All they have us a self service booth. No ambiance, no help, no tasting. Really a disappointment. Don't waste your time unless you are a past customer and know exactly what you want. read more

This place is so interesting.. I never knew what to do with EVOO but Shannon can tell you all about it. She even has specialty pastas and wine. I bought hair care products with olive oil in them! I was so impressed and spread the word I got samples of oil in my stocking! It's a keeper!! read more

I've been going to the Enchanted Olive since they opened. I've also been to the other four oil/vinegar stores within 15 miles of the area. This is by far the best of them all. The flavor and variety are really good. Fresher more vibrant, etc. I buy and give different oils and vinegars as gifts. Converted many friends to this store!
