    Cherry Blossom Energy Bomb!

Finally took some pictures! Still loving this place! Super nice people! Very knowledgeable and attentive to what you want and like!! Love going there!

Shake flavor selection, I don't think you could ever get bored with choosing the same flavor.

Found this place via Instagram, so my boyfriend and I decided to check it out last night. Located in the Kroger strip off of Meridian, this place offers Herbalife protein shakes and supplemental caffeinated drinks. They have a HUGE selection of flavors to choose from. We were super overwhelmed when we walked in, not knowing what or how to order. The owner was extremely patient & explained the process to us and gave us recommendations. First, you choose your shake, then choose either a tea, coffee, or energy bomb. Lastly, you get a shot of aloe for digestion. The shakes are all under 250 calories, and can be used as a meal replacement, so I definitely wouldn't come on a full stomach. I went with the German chocolate shake with chocolate and coconut, which was delicious. I also ordered the peach tea, but will definitely try an energy bomb next time. This place being so close to where I live is dangerous, but I can't wait to return and try more flavors. The service was also great, we hung around for a while while enjoying our shakes and chatting with the owner. It's great to see that despite the pandemic, small businesses are still thriving, as The Energy Spot is planning to open more locations soon. Give this place a shot and you won't regret it! Edited to add as an after thought, but would like to see them incorporate more environmentally conscious efforts & eliminate some of the single use plastic. Maybe paper straws or cups, especially for the aloe shot that you immediately throw away.

Decided to try this place out because of the raving reviews on instagram. Downloaded their club app and was easily able to order a small combo . Pulled curbside and they were rushing to get my drinks ! I ordered a mango aloe shot, tea, and energy shake . They also had many options you could add to your drinks for $1! Got the Elvis shake and WOW. The shake was pretty cool . With a nice blend of peanut butter and banana my sweet tooth was satisfied. Definitely a place to get a drink if you need a pick-me-up!

Do you need an energy booster, sweet treat, or meal replacement that's also healthy and you're in the greenwood area? The Energy Spot is your answer. They make smoothies with herbal life products, have a wide variety of flavors, and most importantly are healthy! The smoothies come in a combo with an aloe shot (mandarin, mango, or cranberry), and a refreshing iced tea (several flavors) for 9$. For an up charge of 2$, you can request an energy bomb (also choice of different flavors) instead of tea. They have options to add extra fiber, extra protein...etc for additional cost. Tell them you'll post on social media and they will give you 1$ off, how sweet?!!? They are offering curbside pickup right now during COVID, so you can call them ahead of time and let them know when you will be coming. It's become a weekly craving for my coworkers and I, that we call the day before to give a heads up for a larger order. Affordable and easy process for deliciousness makes happy customers!

We started with the small biscuit board, which was really good--though a homemade jam would take it to the next level. I had the Vanilla French Toast and it was fantastic. My daughter ordered the bagel sandwich, which was also amazing. But the real star of the meal was the breakfast potatoes. I'm usually not a big fan because they're often over‑seasoned or mushy, but these were hands‑down the best I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned, crispy, and honestly unforgettable. They had an online waitlist that we were very glad we opted for prior to heading over. The staff was top notch. There was also outdoor dining available and plenty of gluten free and vegan options. Great food, great drinks, and a fun brunch vibe. We'll definitely be back.

I know this because we were seated right next to the bar and she was asking another lady how to make it. This is supposedly a Bourbon bar and you don't know how to make a Manhattan? They totally served it in a martini glass and without ice (supposed to have one large cube). I had to take ice from my water glass and add to the drink. It was Meh. Our young waitress then rang in the wrong order for me. They brought out our food and my order was totally something else. She immediately said "that was my bad" and had to go change it. I waited while my wife ate her food. Of course there was no offer to discount our meal at all. We have eaten here over a dozen times and this was just terrible. Come on Antilogy, hire competent people. You can do better than this.

However, the reason I would like to praise the First Watch Team at Greenwood, Indiana is their extraordinary kindness and caring. Just as we arrived in the First Watch parking lot, our car broke down and could not be restarted!! The server was so sweet to help us navigate ordering at the same time that we were speaking with AAA for towing assistance. After finishing our meal, it was evident that we were not going to get quick help from AAA, so we had to keep revisiting First Watch for the facilities, to buy a drink, etc. Every time, the staff inquired about how we were doing, offered us water, etc. When a tow truck finally arrived, our car ride had not yet arrived so we moved around to the porch of First Watch to seek shelter from the sun. We thought we would not be troubling the staff because they were officially closed. A young lady came out to clear away coffee urns and a few stray dishes, and even though the restaurant was closed, she asked so sweetly, "Do you need any drinks? Can I get you anything?" We are out-of-towners. If that were not the circumstance, the First Watch Team would get so tired of our family visiting because we would love to have such wonderful food, service, and surroundings, but most of all, we would love to visit a venue where everyone is so caring and considerate. THANK YOU First Watch!!

We went on a Wednesday morning after a dr appt - no wait! We were sat as soon as we walked in - the environment is clean and stream lined. I love the big cardinal mural. We ordered a fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee, and two waters. The server left a pitcher of water and a carafe of coffee. We went in to order a barbacoa bowl that was the perfect amount of spice. I ate the entire portion. My daughter ordered the turkey burger with a side of the tomato basil soup. Weird cause she hates tomatoes- but she ate the entire bowl. Great service - delicious Fresh food with a different taste profile than the standard local restaurants - definitely a place to put on regular rotation!

Pretty much everything from the middle "shared plate and veggie" section. My wife and I split a super rich and tasty lamb bolognese. Again, the star of the show was the service and welcoming environment. It's just nice that they also performed on a stage of superbly prepared edibles. Would go again with a big group and maybe get a sitter so we're not leaving a trail of american cheese bits leaving an extra large tip to offset the accidental middle American Hansel and Gretel vibe.

Same owner as 1823 Bakehouse in Franklin, so you know the coffee and matcha is going to be good. I had a matcha latte with honey and lavender and it was perfectly balanced. Not too sweet and the matcha was the star. While I got mine to go, this would be a great place to meet someone for breakfast or lunch as they also serve some bakery items like açaí bowls, juices and sandwiches. The decor is fun, with literary vibes and there are some cool artwork on the walls too, including a mural. Loved chatting with the owner and the barista working the front counter who advised me on what flavor matcha to get. I will definitely go back to try some other things!

I gave a different review back when the company had a different name (Roots to Rise) - same ownership - and I hadn't been impressed with their coffee or açaí bowls. With the new branding, I figured I'd visit again & stick to juices. They quickly became my post-yoga stop on weekends. I would have went before work on weekdays but they aren't open early enough for that. Today after I ordered I was warned there were a few orders ahead of me. That knowledge before ordering would have been more helpful. Normally a 5 minute wait or so, I was guessing a 15 minute wait would be reasonable. I went outside listened to 3 songs, back in, still no drink, went back out- 2 more songs, back in, still nothing. Ordered at 11:15, drink was done at 11:51. I think good business would have been upping my size for free, or a coupon, or even a thanks for your patience. A simple, "Thanks," while kind enough, caught me off guard. Any gesture to recognize that wait was unreasonably long would have sufficed. The juice was still delicious, I can't lie. I don't know if it's staffing (2 employees on Sat. morning- no Now Hiring sign tho) or what, but if you are in any kind of time crunch, I'd probably avoid the wait. If you are on vacation time- by all means- go enjoy their offerings. I realize it's what comes with a small business, but also something to recognize an unusually long wait would also be a small business quality. I'm disheartened by this. Greenwood is very slack on fresh juice options, although I saw an Ever-Well going in on 31.
