Having never been here before, I asked several questions and the two ladies working were very knowledgeable and helpful as I was contemplating what my tastebuds wanted versus what options were available. I loved that they will do the bowl in a cup, if requested. That's much more driver-friendly because you can just pop it into the cup holder. Love it!!! My green smoothie with oat milk was ahhh-mazing! So smooth and refreshing. Perfectly sweetened with agave. Probably my favorite green smoothie to date! I love there's no dairy. Almond and oat milk are used, instead. I'll definitely be back!

Kind of waited for a little and then finally had to ask, nothing was being made. Able to get my coffee and the donuts finally arrived. They were not the normal quality at all. I am not sure what they are doing. PROS: A donut place between Avon and Danville, so great for the community Parking is not an issue, but not many ways in the lot CONS: Place was not clean, tables were dirty Process to order and get items was in disarray. (they were training a new employee on the register, no issues with that at all, she was doing what she could and was being trained, they were doing a great job with that. She was not made to hurry and was learning, so all good) Items received were not the quality expected as they are making the as you order, rather than having items available so poorly made. Meaning, when they finally realized we had no donuts, they asked what we ordered and made them. The donut with chocolate icing with sprinkles was just chocolate thrown on it, melting everywhere and it was not appetizing at all. I hate to leave a bad review or a low review, but we are not planning on coming back to this facility. I will definitely try the other options.

Their açaí bowls taste more like ice, and the texture is hard and slushy rather than smooth and creamy. Compared to Smoothie King, which has softer, more flavorful bowls, Rush Bowl's version feels a bit watered down; you can't even taste the fruity flavors. Rush Bowl does let you add one topping of your choice, but that's it. At Smoothie King, you can't add extra toppings, but their bowls already come with well-chosen ones that complement the flavor perfectly. Overall, Rush Bowl gives you more in volume, but Smoothie King wins in taste, texture, and overall balance. Volume alone isn't worth it when it only tastes like ice.

She had a terrible attitude and was ready to fight him over a smoothie. I behave her name was Aisha. Terrible terrible customer service. Which is a bummer because I get so many smoothies here weekly. It felt like such a small but meaningful connection. As we finalized the order exchange, she generously handed me one of their healthy juices! Well every item except some mint was cooked. Mushy apples, mushy tomatoes.... coated in a fowl smelling oil. The mushy-ness of it all got to the bread underneath. Eggs arrived with obvious signs of being over cooked with brown burn marks. Fine for a fried rice at a Chinese restaurant, maybe. But really? This is a brunch place that is supposedly 'health minded'. Eggs shouldn't be dry. I'm sure they also tasted like cooking oil but I didn't try them. I agree with another reviewer that the descriptions of dishes could be better. A cooked caprese??? I wouldn't have ordered it. Two stars are only beause the service here is decent.
