The employees were timely and assisted me right away, I wanted the water warmer but seems like it was not that warm for the pedicure. Overall liked both nail technicians who worked on my nails. Worst decision I've made, I have been a girl using gel for years and I'm not sure if it was the application or the product but my toe was so lumpy and I asked for it to be fixed and it still is so crunchy and lumpy. Also the pedicure was mediocre, had a massage that was 1 min and didn't even massage my whole calf area. Second, it's not her fault as she did try but she had to remove a previous hard gel and it took an hour to not even get all of my gel off so I said I'm done and I just wanted them naked and wanted to leave.
