I was able to get in the same day, and even though I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, I was seen right away after filling out the forms. I was initially impressed with the location. It was clean, well-lit, and the staff was very friendly. I was taken back to one of the rooms, and my esthetician let me know the process. I liked that they use the self removing wax, meaning there were no strips of cloth used to take off the wax. I have sensitive skin, so I usually fair way better with this system. After the wax was done, I wasn't super happy with the results. She missed a lot of the hair on the top of my brow, and she colored them (didn't know that was a part of) way too dark. After leaving, I noticed that the front desk lady did not give me the 50% discount. I called the location, and the manager was able to refund me my money over the phone. Overall, wasn't too impressed with this place, and won't be back to pay full price.

My only suggestion would be, during checkout they offer you a tea and glass of water as well as the bill all at the same time. I think I would prefer to be offered the tea before the massage, and for the massage therapist to hand me the water so that it's a separate experience from when you handed the bill. Little touches, but just some things I noticed I have liked at other spas I've visited. For sure, I will be returning and always recommending the center. It was a wonderful experience.
