When I asked for suggestions, the staff member pointed out a few options but ultimately told me I could "just swatch as much as I want until I find a color I like." They seemed more preoccupied with cleaning up the store than actually helping me, and the interaction felt rushed and dismissive. To make matters worse, as soon as I left the store, they left shortly after--I can only assume they didn't want to assist me because I was getting in the way of them clocking out. If that was the case, they could have at least passed me on to another associate instead of making me feel like an afterthought. Based on this experience, I'm not surprised the store is often empty.
