The mall is SUPER clean, maintenance was changing lights, the buzz of stores getting ready to open- food court slowly getting up & running. I had about 30 mins to just wander & remind myself what this mall has to offer. A smaller mall, but so well layed out! "Neighborhoods" in a big circle with the food court in the middle. LOTS of diverse stores- some higher end, some that seem to me Latino or African American inspired, Dicks, Bass Pro Shop, Dave & Busters, a full Movie Theater AND Mediev Times. If this mall doesn't have what you need... I'd be shocked!!!! Children's store, Five Below, A Dollar Store, a Trampoline Park, book store... snacks & meals & a Carousel too. From the moment I walked in, it felt like there was something for everyone -- clothing stores, specialty shops, attractions, and more food options than I could count. What really stood out to me was the variety. Whether you're into fashion, sneakers, home décor, pop culture collectibles, or just window shopping, this mall has it all. Even after nearly two hours of walking, I'm pretty sure I only covered about half of it. There's just so much to explore that it's impossible to take it all in during one visit. The food court was another pleasant surprise. It's clean, spacious, and full of options -- from quick bites to hearty meals. Everything looked fresh, smelled amazing, and there was plenty of seating even during busy hours. Parking was easy, the atmosphere felt safe, and the place was well-maintained overall. Between the sheer size, the variety of stores, and the energy of the space, Sugarloaf Mills really delivers that "mall experience" that's become rare these days. I'm already planning a return trip so I can take my time and see everything in its entirety. The place definitely did not disappoint.

The mall has three stories, including a movie theater, and the food court sits on the first floor next to the carousel. Walking in, we passed PF Chang's and The Cheesecake Factory, and as we explored, I noticed a few stores we don't have back home, which made browsing more interesting. The mall looks new, clean, and airy, with wide walkways and plenty of resting areas. Plenty of options whether you're shopping, grabbing food, or catching a movie. Signs are visible which helps. Restrooms were clean and plenty of stalls. Overall, a comfortable place to shop and stroll if you're in the area.

Not exactly sure of their grand opening schedules, but they all have signs in the windows of their prospective storefronts. QuikTrip is currently under construction at the entrance of the shopping center! Hard to find any more information on what other businesses will begin construction, but there is a sign nearby stating a car wash is coming soon.

We met the guidelines to get the discount, but they would not give it to us. They said once they run out of coupons they can't do the discount anymore. Sign says through the 29th, says nothing about coupons. I heard a cashier say they only had a couple coupons left, obviously saving them for themselves or friends. They could easily have put a $5 off in manually. Instead they just refused. The only reason we decided to buy a coat there was because of the savings. The store was incredibly unorganized, we had to dig through mounds of unorganized merchandise to find the things we purchased. Then had to stand in a extremely long line just to get denied our discount. They had only one person at the registers for a long time, they finally opened up more registers but at that time the line had already formed ridiculously long. It was a horrible shopping experience, made worse when the discount we deserved was refused.
