Shonda, the associate working the return desk, looked at the dress and found a few pieces of lint inside the bottom of the dress, and told me that she couldn't return it because it seemed, from the two pieces of lint inside, that I had worn it. I tried it on but never wore it. I do have a big dog and he may have brushed against the bottom when it was hanging on the door frame at home. I have never been treated like this. All of the tags were on it too. I demanded a manager and she called one over to me. The manager was nice, and she explained how there are certain things they must check(which I had been told already). She returned the dress for me and hinted I should have gone back to Gainesville where I purchased it. The reason I went to Bethlehem was because it was closer this time and had to be returned by the 15th of January. I have been taught that if you work with the public you do everything you can to provide service to the customer in a pleasant and helpful way. I am 76 years old and I will not be treated this way by anyone. I will have a hard time recommending Bethlehem Belk to anyone I know.

On several occasions, I've encountered a RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL older white woman who says she is the 1st manager. Her name is Teri and if she's not the owner of the store why does she still have a job there? She is disrespectful to the customers as well as the other employees. I've witnessed her behavior quite frequently and asked her would she like if someone spoke to her in that manner. I even asked for a corporate number to make a formal complaint, she told me I could find another Dollar Tree to go to. I've been a Supervisor for over 20 years and my subordinates are never treated with disrespect from me. I've heard her call an employee stupid and that was it for me. I will never enter that store again as long as she's employed there. I will encourage my friends, neighbors and co-workers not to patronize as well. Her behavior is deplorable and should be looked into. No one should be treated with such blatant disrespect TERI!

There is a guy department, but it's literally just a quarter of the store. And I think some locations have a children's department, but this Buford location does not. The associates on average are friendly enough and do sometimes ask if you may need any assistance. The store is as clean as it can be with so many shoppers here. For the most part, things are neat and orderly. The dressing rooms are fairly clean and the tried on stuff are cleared at a pretty steady rate.
