One of our favorite things from Hope Hill are the "Hope" bracelets we have worn everyday for the past several years. Highly recommend visiting the farm and spending a few hours. The smell of the lavender and gentle buzzing from the industrious bees in warmer weather is an experience not to be missed.

I've taken the farm tour and recently a culinary lavender class to determine a preference for English or French lavender. Both of these events were wonderful experiences. Each year it somehow manages to get worse instead of better. Who wants to spend their weekend at an Oktoberfest crammed into a parking lot, waiting in endless lines for overpriced food and drinks? The music barely plays long enough to create any real vibe, and the organizers seem more interested in signaling how "woke" they are with random gimmicks like a drag contest than delivering an authentic festival experience. This event has become a chaotic, uninspired mess -- and one I won't be returning to anytime soon.
