What is most concerning is how unprofessionally this situation was handled. I was not given a fair opportunity to explain my side. The District Manager interrupted me, did not allow me to speak, and made a final decision without transparency. Additionally, my emails to support were ignored for 8 days. When I finally received a response, it was simply stated that the decision would remain in effect, without any explanation or evidence of a proper review. I was told the case would be investigated, but it appears the decision was made quickly and without fairness. This experience reflects a lack of respect toward long-term members, poor communication, and questionable business practices. I expected a professional review process, but instead received dismissal and silence. Very disappointing.

I'm only hoping that the PF organization will change its policy and allow the workers to please, have a time where they can sit down behind that counter during their shift. I can't imagine that it's healthy for someone to be standing on the floor the entire time in this position. If the chairs were a little bit higher, they could still be greeting us and getting off the chair when we needed anything. (Just a suggestion.)
