They had frozen my account till March per my request due to the pandemic and I then asked them to unfreeze it. Well they started charging me immediately but I couldn't book any classes. I had to call them god knows how many times to get through and they said oh yeah they needed to some change in the system..next day I try booking a class and again the same thing..tried calling them again FOR A WEEK!..nothing happened. This went on one more time..by the mid of April I realized these guys are not going to be helpful so I cancelled my card. Guess what, then they start calling. So you guys SHAMELESSLY CALL ME TO STEAL MY MONEY WITHOUT GIVING ANY SERVICES BUT HAVE NO REGARD TO MY CALLS. and then the worst thing...they send my account to the debt collector! I try calling them again and still NO ANSWERS!... You guys aren't the only ones struggling during pandemic. To do something like this in the middle of all this nonsense is just heartless!

Since then I am no longer destroyed after my sessions, but know that I have had a good workout. Jim, the owner and my trainer has been cool and flexible with my schedule and has provided just the right amount of motivation without making things unpleasant. The price is a bit expensive, but you are paying for good equipment in a convenient location, and one-on-one time with a professional. When I am there, the gym is not crowded and the music has been good. Try it out - as far as I know, the $100 for 8 1 hour personal training sessions is still going.
