The fast-paced workout was great for targeting different areas of the body and I found was very doable as it changes frequently, as opposed to a typical hot Pilates class when you feel like you can't do another set when there's 15 seconds left. It's a constant movement and I enjoyed that. I also loved that the weights were located at the deck, with ranges of weight depending on how hard you want to push. And there were two types of resistance bands to choose from right there with you. It was easy to hear and see the instructor and she was encouraging throughout. Overall I love how quick the workout was and I truly do feel like it was a whole body workout, and doable for everyone no matter how hard or easy you want to make it for yourself.

I always come on my lunch hour to lift and never have issues getting to any piece of equipment. The have a great weight room with a large selection of machines and free weights. The equipment is older and not shiny and new, but it's all functional and safe, so who cares? The cardio selection is decent, lots of treadmills, several ellipticals, lots of bikes and a few stair masters. I can't speak to their classes, I've never taken any. The sauna is nice and hot as hell. Locker rooms are older, but again, functional. All around, this is a highly recommended facility. We spent 2 months going from ER to ER all the way to a specialist and of course that equates to lots of medical bills and lots of missed time from work. Meanwhile, John showed zero understanding and support - all he cared about was his client coming BACK TO THE GYM to lose weight. Now I'm scared to touch anything at ANY gym, let alone ever come back to his. John refused to give any kind of refund even though we didn't finish the last two months of training. "Hey where have you been? get back in here-- do your cardio when are you coming back?".. I have had two shoulder rehabs and various medical issues that took me out of the gym for months at a time but our agreement is golden, He honors his word.. . I give him money he makes time for me-- If you want to change your body and your health get yourself a time slot that works and get in the gym.2X per week. it does not happen overnight.. but it does happen if you suck it up, control your eating and make a commitment-- No excuses- Just results is his motto.

The people are friendly, supportive and amazing. It makes it easier to stick to a goal for fitness or MA specifically when you have similar minded people who are working for the same things in your corner cheering you on.
