The massage chairs when they with are nice however when we signed up less than a month ago, they had 5 working massage chairs, within two weeks that was down to 3 working chairs. They told us they had to get maintenance staff from other locations as they had none working at the Littleton location. There were broken cardio machines that were never fixed the few times we went there, "giving them another chance". The classes looked like they would be good classes, but if you miss them they charge you money. This does not work for us as both my wife and I are emergency responders and I am basically on call 24/7 with my other job. In addition to all of these issues, they charged my account 2 days early and are refusing to let me cancel my account without paying over $130, which was well above the$50 cancellation fee we were told we would be charged if we decided to cancel our membership before our free month was up. Their deceptive pricing, practices piss poor management and lack of staffing, hidden fees were were never told about including a 30 day cancellation policy when we were trying the club for our free month. I would recommend nobody ever go to this club or chain. I wish I had read reviews before even walking into this club! I would rate this experience with negative 5 stars if I could. Stay away!

I took a chance and joined, not knowing what to expect. Measurements, weight and body fat percentages were taken. Class times were arraigned and my journey started. It wasn't always easy, some days I even thought about quitting, but I pulled it together and kept going. June's challenge ended and I kept going, mostly because I actually started to look forward to it. In two short months I have lost 23.5 pounds, almost 5% body fat and more inches than I would like to admit! It's hard to hear/understand what the instructor is saying because of the masks. Additionally, because of the masks, it is hard to focus on listening. My neighbor suggested I go at a time when you had to wear masks in the gym but not during the workout. This changed when I went to my class and masks were/are being required during the workout. Towards the end of the class, Courtney, the instructor was on her phone for a few minutes and seemed distracted. The instructor spoke very quickly during the class and it was hard to keep up because the orientation to how everything worked seemed more sales focus than making sure I knew what was happening. They have you fill out a prying questionnaire before the class about "How much money are you willing to spend on your goal?" and other intrusive questions. After the class, I let them know that I wouldn't be interested in signing up for anything while masks are required. It's too distracting for me. During the class, they did imply that being distracted by the masks was an excuse. I asked to be removed from future communication twice already. I just received another pushy text this morning. I'm concerned these people do not have any boundaries. I understand the nature of businesses and sales cycles, but, it seems overpriced and they don't listen.
