From the big building with his name in 10 feet high letters to certificates, commendations, and magazine covers plastered throughout every exam and waiting room I understood immediately he was either good or full of himself. Don't get me wrong, I'm very thankful he fixed my dad but his bedside manner is crap. The nurses seem to have the same brusque attitude. A hello goes a long way in establishing some semblance of a healthcare professional/patient relationship.
