Should have had 15 mcg got 150mcg. Staff won't provide the documentation. Was told they don't work for Dr Gladd they work for God. Scheduled appointment and nurse practitioner didn't show. Said I should have called her on her cell phone. My experience showed that it is all about money and not one concern for client care. Hands off approach to aiding someone who needs help the most. Dr has know about the matter for days and no response as well. Can't think of one nice thing to say about how I have been treated Anyone that knows about thyroid medication may question 175 mcg and 150mcg per day. But this is what I was given.

I initially made an appointment with Dr. Gladd because I had been diagnosed with hypothyroidism…read moreover 8 years ago and was constantly fatigued. My primary care doctor didn't believe how sick I felt because my thyroid levels were "in the optimal range." After meeting with Dr. Gladd and having comprehensive blood tests conducted, he diagnosed me with an autoimmune condition called Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, something that my primary care doctor had overlooked for the past 8 years. He also found that my inflammation levels were through the roof, and that I was deficient in Iron and Vitamin B. I even tested positive for antinuclear antibodies, which is a test used to screen for Lupus. If Dr. Gladd hadn't tested me for this, I could have faced a Lupus diagnosis later on in life. I was suffering from things that could have been prevented through my primary care doctor, but the system of conventional medicine had failed me. Even after finding that all of my health markers were out of range, I was relieved. Dr. Gladd was so understanding, focused on the positive and truly cared about helping me move toward optimal health. He ordered a food sensitivity test for me, prescribed supplements to improve my vitamin deficiencies and inflammation, and set me up with a health coach to discuss how specific changes in my diet would help me start feeling better ASAP. After 3 months, my inflammation went from being a major health risk for heart attack and stroke to being in the optimal range. I had reversed the antinuclear antibodies and decreased my chances of a lupus diagnosis. And I felt SO MUCH BETTER. I wasn't having massive headaches at work. I didn't have pain after eating. And I could get out of bed in the morning without feeling like I had been hit by a bus the night before. In just 3 months, my quality of life improved dramatically and I have Dr. Gladd to thank for that. If you want individualized 1:1 health care with a doctor who is personable, knowledgeable, and understanding, you need to become a patient of Dr. Gladd. He partners with you to work toward health, and everything is a conversation. He allows you to choose how you want to improve your health instead of just giving you orders. And he explains in detail how each approach will help you instead of just expecting you to blindly follow directions. His goal is to educate you as a patient so that you are the expert of your own health. I can't thank him enough for giving me the answers I needed, and for listening to me about my symptoms when no other doctor would. Because of Dr. Gladd, I can get out of bed in the morning, I have more energy to exercise and do the things I love, and I don't have to worry about being diagnosed with Lupus at 25 years old. If you are on the fence about becoming a patient of Dr. Gladd's, please do not hesitate any longer. One appointment with Dr. Gladd is 100x the value of a visit with your primary care doctor, and will help improve your health for years to come!!

A few staff members do not exhibit any signs of empathy and laughed during inappropriate times. Some staff were very condescending when one asked questions and even argued with family when they were just trying to advocate for my health. My family and I have never been treated this poorly in a hospital setting. I would never recommend this hospital.

My calcium had been so low it was critical and dangerous. I had to be hospitalized. I could barely move my body, my hands were seized up into a ball. I had two nurses take "care" of me. One BARELY looked at me, I have psoriasis and I occasionally get flakes in my hair from it. Instead of asking me. She walked out and loudly shouted "GOT CREEPY CRAWLIES IN ROOM 12" With a reply of "ugh. Thats what I needed tonight" How embarrassing. I confronted the other nurse saying it was rude what was said, with a disgusting tone she replied "well do you?" I explained i had psoriasis and I had never had lice before she said "well thats not my concern anyways" She the proceeded to try to take my blood through the iv. When asking what the bloodwork was for she said "I don't know. Its just blood" I was so pissed I began to pull out my own IV. Only one nurse had the decency to talk to me, even looked at my head so he could tell them they were wrong, and reported them. That was only one bad experience. I will never set foot in that place as a patient again.

My experience is the ER when I first arrived was great but fell short fast once I got up to Labor & Delivery. Once in my gown, a nurse came into my room stating they were going to send me back downstairs to ER and that I should have never came up there (couldn't tell you the nurse's name because she never once told me it). That's when I mentioned that the ER nurse had called they gave the okay to come up to which she responded "of course they did" and rolled her eyes. As if that wasn't awesome enough, once she left the room I heard her ask the other staff if I had walked upstairs or taken a wheelchair--- walked--- "I told you she's fine". The whole experience was horrific and I am not looking forward to giving birth there in the next couple weeks. Sad that they treat expecting mother's in such a manner during such a vulnerable time.
