I walked in around 3 PM on a Wednesday, and it wasn't busy at all. The gentleman at the front had a very gentle, welcoming energy. He wasn't pushy about services, just patiently offered me the menu and let me decide. I got a basic pedi and mani. I was helped by Angie and Kelly, I believe. Unfortunately, I was on a call when I walked in, and I hate being rude, so I got off pretty quickly to speak with them. They were kind and really helpful, especially when it came to choosing a nail color because I never know what I want. I joked about how bad my nails probably were as the pile of cuticles she was cutting kept growing, lol, but it was all good. They did a great job and told me to relax while everything dried. When I looked like I was about to get up and leave, Angie came right over with slippers for me. She anticipated exactly what I needed without me having to ask. Then at checkout, I realized I'd left my sneakers by the chair, and the gentleman at the front grabbed a bag, collected them, and handed them to me. Again, just very attentive and thoughtful, it's the little things. He was really great. Sorry I didn't take any photos. My nails weren't anything special, just basic blue polish, no gel. I did gel nails and the lady who did my nails did a good job. I'd chosen my color from their paint samples but they couldn't find the exact color so she gave me a close one she could find. The color I wanted was more violet-ish maroon and what I have now is more red. Nail shape is consistent and the paint lines are generally clean. She missed a couple sides which bothers me a little. She did kind of file my nails a little too short too, when we agreed that we'd keep the length. It took about 40 mins for the whole process.

i am blown away by this place. everything about them has exceeded my expectation…read more found this place on yelp and it is really close to UTD so why not give it a try. called ahead to make sure they are not busy and they weren't! perfect. the place isn't that big but is clean and felt very homey. walked in and greeted immediately and after a long process of deciding what i want i finally picked out a design. and they fulfilled every little thing i ask for. from glow in the dark nail polish to making the fake nails thin to adding the gemstone(see picture!). they done it so professionally and took their time to perfect them. the color is beautiful especially with dipping powder. This place has just turned into my new favorite nail salon. Everyone is so nice and friendly. they can count on one more person to be a regular starting today! me :)

They did my feet and then when it was time to do my nails they claimed it was too late to do them after making me wait 30 minutes after my feet were done so they could take care of someone that got there after me. Rachel said she would do my nails in 30 minutes and started doing a super rushed job barely even taking off the old color i had on- i had to ask multiple times for it to be done right. Then when i asked for another nail tech (because im going on vacation and don't want botched nails done lazily and rushed) she said the other tech will take longer and made me leave with acetone and old polish all over my hands. No discount either, just wasted my time. The level of unprofessionalism truly astonished me . If they would have told me when i got there they wouldn't have time to do both i would have gone somewhere else.
