I have an iPhone XR and my old cell phone case was swollen and delaminating and needed to be replaced, plus my screensaver was cracked. The last time I was in the store I needed to have the screen saver replaced and they put it on for me while I was at the store, which I was very grateful for so today I needed both a screen saver and a new case for my Cell Phone. The scheduling staff is fantastic! It's not only their friendliness, they truly work with you and try to get you an appt as soon as possible. Professionalism at it's finest, yet caring and compassionate. The techs doing the testing on your eyes are also professional and friendly, and they all seem to enjoy their job, which passes onto you a feeling of coziness. These include Mercury filling removal, crown replacement and even porcelain inlays to replace old composite fillings (done in 1 visit...no temporary crown and multiple visits to deal with... thank God!). Lawrence Dental Solutions is a mercury free practice and are members of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology meaning they are highly trained to do safe procedures. This was important to me. I had some Mercury fillings removed by a dentist years ago who did NOT use safety measures and I became ill and hesitant to have further dental work done. It took a while to recover my health and I didn't want more problems. (I'm an R.N. you'd think I would have known better!) Overall, I couldn't be more pleased. I have had some imperfect experiences with therapists before, but nothing like this. In the first months she was mostly ok, though somewhat unprofessional. She would text on her phone during sessions and she wasn't always paying attention. She also criticized the receptionist, which left me feeling like I had to protect that person. But, I realize that social workers are human too, so I was trying to overlook those issues. But in the last session she was so odd and cruel that I have had nightmares a year later. I had to go to a food bank to feed my family, and when I told her that, she balled her hands up into fists and gasped and just launched into chastizing me. She squeezed her eyes into slits and jutted her chin out while pursing her lips together. It looked kind of like a toddler who was very upset and having a tantrum. And she was exhaling in hissing sounds. I was just sitting there in total shock. She acted like I had committed a horrible crime. In the same session, I had just told her that the transmission on our car had failed. I am disabled and low-income, and I had spent months telling her how hard I was trying to be frugal and thrifty. And I struggle with severe social anxiety, so obviously I would never willingly walk into a food bank if I didn't truly need help. There is something really wrong with her. I think she must really need some help. But, whatever her problems were... she took them out on a client that day. She made my social anxiety worse. She also has clear and obvious issues with anyone who is overweight, disabled, etc. Stay safe and avoid this social worker. I have not worked with any of the other people at this location so I have no information about them.
