When I went back for service, I got no help at all. Fast forward to a year later, when I had 4500.00 to spend and tried to go, they refused my service, saying the aids worked perfectly fine, and would not allow me to come in and get new aids. Fast forward to this year, with 4500.00, they refused service again, so I went to Topeka, found a provider, who got me a small set, early seeable, got rid of ringing, and gave me perfect hearing. I have tried the across the counter foam plugs before with bad results. I did ask her how long she thought it would take for me to get comfortable wearing them. She said it may take a couple of weeks so I was ready for a long learning process. The first time I used I was amazed at how comfortable they were I forgot they were there.
