Since my dear friend got hers done (lips tattoo and eye liners) at this place I was convinced. I then met Ms. Ngan (a.k.a Sika) aside from being beautiful and creative she was also very pleasant. So the procedures went on and to my surprise it wasn't painful at all. Mentally I was anticipating discomfort of some sort... it was just all in my head. I have always loved the Vietnamese style hair wash and have been looking for it since I came to the U.S. and was very pleased to find the Face. I just walked in went I was at the Phuoc Loc Tho mall by chance. Ngan was the owner; she was so helpful and amazing. I went with the Standard package to try out. My hair is amazing after the wash. They use a steamer to open your pores as your hair is being washed which helps with the cleansing afterward. The place is so clean and modern looking in compare to the traditional look of the mall as a whole, the workers are nice and polite, and they are all very pretty and sweet. Came back to try the new service they offer, hair wash and facial. Best decision ever. I did the 60 min package. I notice I have been having black heads on my nose and needed a facial, badly, so I came in to pamper myself with a nice hair wash. They had me done a face mask too as well as cleaning my blackheads with the tool that suck them out. As far as a head massage, if you live in a lot of stress like I do, this gem is the place for you. The place just got remodeled so it is extremely clean and nice looking, they play spa music so if you fall asleep, that's a normal thing, lol. Came in here through a friend's recommendation, and oh my gosh y'all, this is amazing. I got the luxury package given my hair is pretty dry and damage. Not only my hair felt so much healthier after the treatment but I also got a facial and a very relaxed time here. The store is so clean and pretty, very spacious and relaxing music was played. Ms. Ngan is the owner of The Face Permanent Make UP located at Phuoc Loc Tho Asian Mall Center has changed my life completely after she did micro-blading on my eyebrows and tattoo eyeliners. She is a sweet lady ever compares to others I have talked and discussed what best procedure for my brows (I mean micro-blading or Shading.) I have completely no brows or very hard to see brows line. I have to hard time to draw my brows all the time. It took me about 20-30 minutes to get it done. Luckily, I found Ms. Ngan was referred by a cousin who live in Orange County. She told me I should call Ms. Ngan for consultation. So I made an appointment with her and she did go over what I should do (Shading or Micro-blading) and what eyebrows shape will match me. She's very sweet and gentle sketched my brows until my satisfaction is reached. She was taking time to make sure you are happy with the shape before you start the procedure. She also informed me how much it will cost and when I need to come back for touch up (after 6 or 8 weeks). The price is very reasonable and cheaper than some other places I called before I met her. My procedure for Micro-blading was took about 1.5 hours for Micro-blading and an hour for tattoo eyeliner. I had researched about mic-blading and Shading so many time. If the eyebrows not come out pretty then done deal. But, when I met Ms. Ngan she made me feel so confident and handed my brows to her. During procedure, she make sure you are not in pain. She always ask if I can't handle it and then she apply more numb cream for me. Eyebrows and eyeliners are very sensitive area. Ms. Ngan taking care of her client very well, she make sure you are comfortable during the procedure. Yes, my decision was right, she did an awesome job and my brows shape came out was very pretty. This is my first time do a Semi-Permanent Make Up. I feel more confident and very happy of her work. I am no longer need to spend more than 20 minutes to draw my brows to go work, and party. All I need just a lipstick then ready to go. I have received lot of compliments from work, relatives and friends. After my aunt seen my eyebrows, she also went to Ms. Ngan to re-do her brows that my aunt has done by other artist. She said she love the way Ms. Ngan did for her brows. Ms. Ngan fixed her eyebrows that turn blue and ugly shape. My aunt also happy with her work. I had recently visited The Face on Saturday November 23,2019. The place was beautiful and super clean. I was greeted at the entrance by a super sweet girl. I met Ngan and wow she was very nice and accommodating. She had patience of a Saint I had showed her some photographs the style of brows I was looking for. She worked with me and she custom my brows for me. Let me now tell you my back story. One year ago I had a bad experience with another tattoo artist. The person had gave me brows that didn't match, and took me almost forever to fade them somewhat from my face. I was actively looking for a permanent makeup artist to help me correct my brows. I had spoken to everyone in the inland empire and a lot of Artists in the OC all of them turned me away or tried their best to convince me to just let them do the powder brows to cover up the old tattoo. I didn't want the powder style brow. They wouldn't budge and I wouldn't budge either. I had given up on finding any one who would be able to do the style I wanted. My friend and I were just bored that Saturday and decided to go to the Asian Garden Mall. We both haven't been here in about 3 years or more. I so grateful and thankful 1st is that I was able to find Ngan a talented artist and beautiful all the way around inside and out she is my angel. 2nd is for my friend Lori for her patience willing to wait up to 2 hours for me to get this done, it was unplanned.
