They said there's nothing more they can do and took me home with some eye drops. Well after 2 days of trying to ignore my pain I decided to go to another er and found out I had mastoiditis and needed to be treated immediately with surgery and a week in recovery in the hospital and iv antibiotics in the hospital and 2 more weeks on a picc line. And I'm now on oral antibiotics for another 2 weeks. Never coming back here again!

Dr. Boulder explained all the various avenues of treatment available, explained all the services Doctors Care offers (which is EXTENSIVE - they do everything but trim your fingernails!), and what was okay to wait until we had insurance, versus what we needed to test for and do right away. As we left, we felt so much better and with hope that my husband was on the road to healing. As my husband put, "It's nice to know someone has my back." That's what the staff and doctors at Doctors Care do - they let you know that they have your back. We're sold.

I relied on that medication to recover, and their failure to follow through has left me in a position where I can't breathe and my condition is rapidly worsening. Furthermore, I specifically asked the doctor to check my ears as I was feeling pain; I was told 'everything was fine.' Less than 24 hours later, I have a massive double ear infection. Because of this negligence and the lack of promised medication, my family has had to travel out to help care for me while I consider returning to the ER. This level of dismissiveness and lack of basic follow-through is dangerous. If you are looking for a provider who listens and actually manages your treatment plan, look elsewhere.

After a thorough hearing evaluation, she then took the time to talk to my wife and I about our observations, my lifestyle and how that might affect the kind of devices chosen, and answered a slew of questions. Then and only then did she recommend a specific solution. I was able to try on demo models to confirm fit and functionality, and walked out with a great solution that day. In two weeks, just as promised, my custom hearing aides came in and I exchanged the demo models for my own pair. Dr Breithart carefully programmed them to my hearing tests, and then made minor adjustments based on my in office experience.
