The Factory is a good place, don't get me wrong, but Game Theory is a terrible place to go at the factory. One of the workers there Ben, kept cussing me out and ignored me when I asked a question about the cards. The stuff there is very expensive and I can just get it somewhere else for cheaper. The staff as a whole is just weird, I walked in and all them started blasting rap music and said we from 63rd and smoking on Von. I don't know what any of them are talking about even. So I just found The Factory by accident while driving down the road lost looking for something else. I actually have no idea how I got here, but it is a nice discovery. The Factory is just a big warehouse that they converted to a sports themed mall. I wish I came up with that idea first. There are several different types of places in here. There is a soccer rink, skate park, ice rink, gymnastics room, YMCA, hockey room, tumbling room, basketball, and more sports stuff. If you are brave, you can even take a chance going around the go kart track, which is right beside the mini golf range. They also have stores that sell sports themed stuff, jewelry, lollipops, ice cream and more. Upstairs there is a nice dining hall where they will cater, or host events. I was shocked to see a little mini school on the inside too. If you are hungry while shopping, they have a few restaurants to eat too. So if you are bored one day and want to get out of the house, and it is just too hot, or too cold to get some exercise outside, come on and play inside. There are things to do for the entire family here, both boys and girls from little kid size, to adult size too. read more

I can't believe there aren't more reviews for this place. It's actually a pretty cool spot. It was our first time checking it out today. The Factory is a large indoor complex full of sports activities and shopping. They have a soccer field, ice rinks, bounce house, tumble gym, a space for events upstairs, oils & wine shop, gift shop, pottery studio, toy store, basketball court, YMCA, tanning salon, dance studio, spa, hockey store, trophy shop, pizza place, and a coffee shop! I think I got them all but be sure to checkout their website because I could've missed a few. The Factory is gigantic, A lot bigger than it looks from the outside. There are Plenty of activities for the kids & Adults rain or shine. Saturday's seem to be the worst day to go for playing because everything was booked with birthday parties, then there was a hockey tournament, and a soccer game. I would definitely check it out during the week or even on a Sunday if you're just taking the kids to play. There are some nice shops for adults as well! We love the businesses in the factory but the common areas and restrooms are gross. The yellow tables outside the Tumble Gym are NEVER cleaned and the floor under them always has crumbs, dirt, and who knows what other gunk. The bathrooms are soooo nasty! The floors, counters, corners, everything. Also, for the second straight week there has been no soap. The factory is a neat idea and the business are good, but the ownership and management are nonexistent. it's nasty and has been since we moved here in 2007. The bathrooms are disgusting. They have never been cleaned to my knowledge. Today it was disgusting, as expected. And there was no toilet paper in one stall, no lock or latch on another, and no soap. This is everyday. It's an embarrassment for us who live here and for those visiting our town. read more

My husband and I chose the semi private birthday party for our two year old daughter. I was recently pleased until the public kids started entering. I throughly read the details for a semi private party where it states there will be a maximum of 10 pubic kids allowed in during your semi private party. Our party started at 10:30 and by 11:15 there were about16-20 public kids in the bouncy house. I very politely went to the staff and told them there were over ten public kids in the bouncy house. My child's party only had about 7 kids jumping and we were allowed up to 15. When I expressed my concern they told me 25 kids were allowed in the bouncy house at one time. She stated that if I had has 15 kids jumping in my party they would have only let 10 public kids in. On the website it NEVER states if the party has 15 kids there will only be 10 public kids allowed in it just says a maximum of 10 public kids will be allowed in. When I told her this she just repeated that by law there could be 25 kids in the bouncy house. Needless to say with two year olds I was disappointed. I knew I only had 7-8 kids jumping and therefore thought no more than 18 kids would be in the bouncy house at one time and hopefully less. The rest of the party was fine but I wish they had been true to their website and only allowed 10 public kids in. Regardless of how many kids I had in my party I paid the same price and that price was for the 15 kids no matter how many I had! read more

I love, love, love The Factory. When my now 2 year old just began to walk, it was the perfect place to let her wander around. The wide corridors were perfect for her to have fun exploring, and there is always something enjoyable to watch - hockey, gymnastics, soccer. There's an icecream shop, and a pizza joint inside and just a few steps away are a mexican restaurant and a deli. Absolutely perfect for a cheap family outing. read more

The Factory itself is nice. But I have major issues with the security guards they have there. I have teenagers who visit the ice rink, etc. at night. They get yelled at by the security guards on their way in, and out of the ice rink for "hanging around." They are constantly harassed by these security guards, and even made my daughter cry once. read more
