I found The Fair Share when looking for somewhere that offers livescan for my pharmacist license in California. My friend and I walked in and the lady was sitting at the desk, she doesn't say hello or anything, she just asks us what we want. We tell her we are both there for livescan. She set up the livescan and took my ID. She was holding my hand right over the device that she would press down my fingers on for the fingerprint scan when she told me to relax them so I let them go limp instead of holding them straight up over the device. Immediately she yells at me not to press down on the device, so I'm confused, which does she want, relaxed or straight?! She was just really rude throughout the whole process, and if I had more time, I would have gone to another location. She did the same thing to my friend during her fingerprint scan. Definitely would not come back to this location for livescan in the future. read more

Hey Fair Share, My wife brought our soon-to-be-nanny (STBN) here to get a LiveScan/background check done before we hired her. Your employee was markedly and unnecessarily rude, turning what would have been a routine task into a stressful event. The employee repeatedly questioned our STBN's responses in a dubious tone - "are you sure your eyes are brown?" Later, STBN misread one of the questions on the form. Instead of just simply pointing out the error, she felt it was appropriate to make accusatory statements like, "Are you sure you want me to run this driver's license? Once I swipe it, you can't undo it." and "Who knows, the Department of Justice might not like you." Her tone insinuated that our STBN was a criminal or shady person of character - entirely without validation. We felt that our STBN was unfairly victimized during this encounter. We cannot speak to the customer service you provide your tax accounting clients but we really hope you don't treat them this way as well. We definitely are never coming back. read more

In regards to The Fair Share Inc. I wish everybody to know that I use this business for 15 years. Speaking with clients like me I never heard anything negative. Yes, it is not easy to get an appointment with Leonora but it is worth waiting. Having going back to beginning of relation with The Fair Share Inc. I sleep well knowing that my relations with my Government are unquestionable. I always pay only FAIR SHARE in my taxes. I never had anything in the back of my mind but undisputable certainty in correctness in tax preparations. All of this is thankfully to Leonora Kogan. For all these years all I heard is only good words. I know her clients driving from 50 miles far away just to get to Leonora.
