I finally started using the iPhone app, because of course I wait till the very last minute about 5 miles before I'm getting to the Mexican border, until I start realizing I need to actually "bite the bullet" and by a policy. I find the app makes things even easier, because I don't have to re-input all my information every time . It's fast, quick, super simple. But with all that said, that's not actually the reason that I'm writing this letter of praise. I had my first instance of actually calling into their office this morning and hoping that I would deal with a live human, not a voicemail, prompt, etc. I had the opportunity to speak to Osmand in the office and asked a question about my current policy. My God, he couldn't have been nicer to work with! I'm not talking about just friendliness, but I'm talking about listening to my request and then immediately going to it without having to explain it several times - to me it's so much better than just "friendliness" when you're dealing with somebody who sharp, hears what you're asking for and try's to help you to address it. That's universal - all of us just want to get our questions answered as easy as possible. I wish more businesses would realize that it makes customer loyalty a sure thing Unfortunately, I usually get apprehensive whenever I'm calling any company and asking for assistance. Everybody promises, good customer service, but that's usually the first thing they cut! I usually am left feeling that calling a company to solve an issue was more work than it was worth. When I came in here, it was quick and organized. The office seems to be broken up into clear areas, so you know where to go for what you need. I had to get DMV tags done on my car and they helped me right away. I thought I might need a few extra things, but they walked me through it and made it simple. I waited maybe about seven minutes before being helped, which is not bad at all for DMV related stuff. I also noticed they do a lot with travel. I may come back and talk with them about a future trip and get more information on what they offer. Overall, it feels efficient and friendly every time I go in. AAA Culver City makes the membership worth it. I am giving this location 4 stars.
