Here for a birthday party for my grandson. This place has loads of stuff for the kids to do and places for parents/grandparents to sit and watch. Prices are good for all there is to do. We LOVE the family room! I was extremely skeptical at first, thinking it was going to be really dirty and that our house would for sure have sickness after, but it was actually very nice and seemed fairly well kept clean and tidy. My son love the little playgrounds, giant building blocks and the tiny town. My partner and I sometimes feel like we have more fun than he does. Pricing is awesome! Staff working is always kind. 10/10 recommend! We've been a handful of times now and will continue to go during the cold season! read more

Great space for birthday parties for big kids and smaller kids. Super nice employees. Very patient with overwhelmed parents. LOL I think one hour of room time is not enough. Surprisingly, you can't do much in one hour. I'd like to have an option of room time after bouncing so we can have food without worrying about kids eating too much and getting sick. This place is an awesome kids play area! I so wish it was closer to me, but it was worth the drive! Everything is padded from the floors to the bars! They have a sitting area outside the play area for parents to wait and do work or eat or what ever. Bouncy houses and slides and 'wipe out' style activities They have options for little littles to older kids! I'd say enough to keep anyone 1-12 entertained! And for $7 it was a nice time to spent with the kids and get their energy out. It also smelled really clean! read more

I love taking my kids here. They keep it very clean and it's well priced. I love that they have activities for my 1 year old as well, in an enclosed area, so he doesn't get ran over. Although, he does enjoy the big kid area sometimes and the other kids have been very respectful around him. read more

Please do not go here if your children have any disabilities... We had went here for years up until recently. Things are very different... Previously, we had an issue with a worker and my autistic son not understanding rules. She was not willing to explain the rules to me when I asked only stating I told him already. Anyone that has a child on autistic spectrum understands that people only see a normal looking child and disregard their processing of information. Fast forward to today, my daughter had a play date there. We checked in, went to pay when the manger came and said we had been banned. I asked why he said the scene I made. Literally no yelling happened during last visit. Only an advocate talking to staff that did not want to hear or listen. My non autistic child was allowed to play while I waited outside the doors. I only complied as I did not want to ruin her day. I decided I have a right to advocate for my child without being discriminated against. As I am sure I will have to advocate for him again someday, I hope no other families have to go through what we have had to. Also if you have children with animal allergies please beware, as they have a large dog with no service animal vest just walking around the area behind counter. read more

Used to be a good spot; it's gone downhill. Expensive, grimy, always looking to nickel and dime every cost. Birthday parties are rough. They charged a fee without warning because 2 adults were standing in the room after cleanup. Kids were playing, all the party gear was cleaned up, and two moms were sitting and chatting after the party so they tacked on a huge fee. Not worth it. Our family isn't coming back. read more

Really fun for younger active kids. I have been here now several times with my 7 and 11 year old and they had hours of fun. I brought a book to keep me busy and some snacks and water so the kids could take a break. We absolutely got our money's worth. We will definitely be coming back soon. My only complaint is more about parents that don't watch their kids, then the actual Family Room. read more

The only place in the area to take your kids for a day of stress free play. Super cheap and the kids have a great time! The staff is fun and kind and accommodating. They have all the blow up bounce houses and obstacles you can imagine. Both my 3 & 9 YO find things they enjoy to keep them busy for hours! read more

We love the Family Room! They have great play structures and activities for all ages. When the weather isn't great for outdoor play, we come multiple times a week. We've had two parties here and it was worth every penny. The staff are great. We can't praise this business enough. read more
