They have a huge selection of action figures, statues, used video games, retro video games, and, of course, comics. The comic room has a ton of back issues, organized primarily by publisher--Marvel, DC, and independent. There are also several random long boxes without labels, along with a table containing several boxes labeled "Keys." There were also 3-4 short boxes of "key issues" scattered around the checkout counter. Fair warning: these boxes aren't particularly organized. Saying they're "loosely alphabetized" would probably be giving them too much credit. That said, if you enjoy digging through boxes looking for hidden gems, this can be a fun place to treasure hunt--as long as you have the time and patience. I'm a Spawn collector, and the designated Spawn section only had a handful of issues. However, I ended up finding several more Spawn issues scattered throughout the "Key" boxes on the table in the back. I even found more in the "Key" boxes at the checkout counter. I think consolidating all of these boxes into one organized area would make the shopping experience much better. It's fun finding unexpected issues, but when you're specifically hunting for something, it can be frustrating when the boxes aren't organized or alphabetized. As for pricing, the comics are generally priced fairly. Some of the variants and key issues are priced a bit on the high side, though, so it's worth knowing your values before making a purchase. The back room also has a free-to-play arcade cabinet, which is a nice bonus and adds to the retro vibe. The staff was nice and very helpful, which made the visit even better. Overall, this is a great spot for collectors who enjoy the treasure-hunt experience. If you have some time to spend digging through boxes, you never know what you might uncover. Just be prepared to do some serious hunting! ‍

There are neat displays, and they go all out with some even being motorized (like the helicopter), so you can have a lot of fun with these if you have the space and dedication! Bro and neighbor like building and doing diy projects, so this store is a favorite. There are also in-store events and competitions to get folks to show off their skills and meet like-minded people! Prices are good too for the selection! Next door is Dulles expo center and many restaurants so it can get busy at times but there's a huge parking lot so parking isn't an issue.

Custom Lego everything. Love the custom minifigs and sets. Not only do they have Brickmania kits but other building and gaming products as well. These are not your kids' Legos. They are an after-market developer of kits. Custom minifigs are over $20 each. Sets go from $100s to $1000s. These are works of art. These kits sell out frequently. The only draw back is that they will not ship from store stock so you have to go in person. 2 hour drive for us.

When I stopped back in Eric and Mehdi were amazing in helping me and making sure I left satisfied. There were several children in the shop and they were so enthusiastic, kind, and helpful to the questions, comments, and stories the children were sharing. My husband had a great time browsing the comic book aisles while my toddler enjoyed picking out a little book fos us to read at home (over, and over, and over again!). My elementary school aged kid loved all the little toys and we couldn't resist purchasing a cute banana cat trinket to hang on her backpack. Aside from being family friendly, Gaming Giant are huge supporters of the Pokemon Club that is held at my child's school. They donate tons of toys, collectibles, and cards that are raffled off at every meeting. I love a business that stands behind community. This location is also rather small? Or maybe it's just because the inventory is a bit underwhelming for me, especially in the archery department. Idk every time I've been to Cabela's it feels like they don't have what I need unless I get it shipped. Yet when I've gone to Bass Pro in MD they always had what they need. Also there's been two instances where I ordered something online and despite this location having plenty in stock I've had to wait over 6 days for them to tell me my order was ready for pickup. At the Arundel Mills Bass Pro Shop if something was already in the store inventory and I ordered it in the morning itneluld be ready within 3-5 hours.
