The florist assured me they had the flowers and quoted a price of $149. I agreed, provided my information, and told them I would pick up the flowers at 3:00 p.m. They confirmed this arrangement. When I arrived at 3:00 p.m. to pick up my order, the young girl at the counter was unfriendly. I told her I was there to pick up the white roses and lilies, but she said they didn't have any white roses. I explained that I had placed an order that morning and expected it to be ready. She responded that there was no bouquet waiting for me. I asked why I had been told they had the flowers when they didn't, and why no one called to inform me they couldn't fulfill my order. She made no comment. The store itself feels creepy, and the flowers in stock did not look fresh. Find another florist to avoid wasting your time.

We were recommended to Dan from a good friend of ours. We did a consultation phone call and paid our deposit and then waited til we got married for next steps! We got married in Southern California and my cousin lives in DC, so flew back with my bouquet and gave it to Dan two days after my wedding. We then arranged to meet with Dan to pick our design a few weeks later. We live in Seattle and he was very easy to work with, even with our time zone difference! He was so incredibly friendly and helpful through the entire process and we never felt any pressure for upsells or timing. When you pick out your design, he has a very well polished process, which we loved. We met him in person for the design process and I was able to pick up my completed bouquet a few weeks later. He had great recommendations on how to check it as luggage and fly back with it to Seattle. I was so impressed that the airline took care of it and it was beautiful when we hung it!
