My birthday bouquet! My husband shared my favorite flowers and wala! An absolutely beautiful arrangement!

I have been blessed with a few deliveries from Ellenton Florist. The bouquets get better each time! The best florist we have used. Highly recommend!!

Photo on left was what was too be sent, on right, is what was received.

I purchased the Lemonade bouquet for a wedding arrangement gift, arriving day before. The arrangement not only looked nothing like their photo but the flowers were fully opened near end of life stage. It was suppose to have yellow and white roses with both smaller and larger in size and not full bloomed. The arrangement received had more white carnations than anything else. See photo attached.

Birthday balloons for an Anniversary??

The quality of the flowers for the amount of money spent! My husband spent right at $200 and he could have gone to Publix and got roses for less than $50!

Love the arrangement from Ellenton Florist!!!

I received this bouquet for Valentine's Day... The arrangement was/is exquisite... I personally didn't work with the florist directly but a big fan of the result of this amazing, well arranged bouquet with orchids, two variety of carnations, the lilies (oh the smell...love love) I would recommend this for special occasions or for no reason whatsoever ... this made my DAY!

So disgusted! I am in Indiana and ordered their "Florists Choice Daily Deal" for my mother's birthday; she lives near Ellenton Florist in Florida, I upgraded the arrangement, paid for delivery and spent a total of over $87 dollars for roses that arrived wilted and all other flowers dying within 24 hours. My mother was too embarrassed to tell me just how bad they were, because she knew I must have paid quite a bit for them. First photos is day of delivery, 3/26. Second photo is the next day, 3/27. Never again. Sad and disgusted. UPDATE: Spoke with the "owner". She accepted little to no responsibility; "I was not here that day" "I did not send out these flowers". Offered a 50% refund of only the floral portion of the order or offered to prepare another arrangement and send it to my mother. Not acceptable. "I deal in perishables." Very rude, very condescending.

Beautiful December wedding bouquet, thanks again Kathi!

Earthbox is a garden center in Ellenton, Fl. off US-301 at 36th Street. The parking area is small…read morebut enough space for us during the week. I'm not sure how it would be on a weekend. Earthbox was developed by commercial farmers to make it easy for home gardeners. It is a type of growing system with self-watering containers that have a water reservoir built in that is capable of irrigating the plants for several days. The system says it doubles the yield, reduces water usage by 60% and uses 28% less fertilizer. I like that the box itself is made of recycled plastic and can be used year after year! The people working there are helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't know the tomatoes they had so someone helped me pick two. I also picked strawberry and broccoli plugs (already started small plant). They have classes on Wednesday and Saturday at 10am to explain the system and answer questions. I will definitely be back and recommend Earthbox Garden. I don't use the Earthbox system though will be looking into it. And this is the place to find out about it!

I've been visiting this garden center for years. They must be under new management. I didn't see…read morethe owner, his wife, or worker. The lady who helped us never asked:, "have you been here before? ", "Are you an experienced grower?" "What brings you in today?" Nothing. Just came up and started pointing out how they do things now, which is different than the way I was allowed to do things there, previously. she didn't say I'm new; this is the way we do it now." She started explaining planting techniques I've literally known since I'm 4 yo. Also, first time anyone ever pushed soil purchase there. (Of course I was never asked if I was unhappy with my soil or whether I have problem growing.) It felt condescending and wasted my time. I was the only customer there. New Management?
