But within a week or so, all of the blooms on one branch dropped off and the branch dried up. And then within another week, the second stalk dropped all of its blooms and it, too, dried up. This was disappointing and so unexpected. When we spoke with Mandy in Customer Service, we received a sour attitude and no apologies nor any offer to remedy having sent an unhealthy plant. The arrangement I ordered looked nothing like the pic they advertised and it was over $200. Tina offered another arrangement which was a lot cheaper than what I paid and I was not given a credit. Maybe I had higher expectations but I went to beneva flowers and gave them 100 dollars for a designers choice arrangement that included red roses. It was busy when I picked up the flowers so I didn't want to be "that guy" and make a scene. In the 100 dollar bouquet, I received 9 pink roses (not red as I asked) with shitty filler roses. Now 5 days later almost all the "premium roses" I received are dead. If you're expecting a large beautiful bouquet from this shop you better be willing to empty the wallet and throw them in the trash a few days later. Next time I spend a 100 dollars on flowers I'll take myself down to Publix and get 4x as many flowers that last double as long as these "premium roses. Would not recommend. read more

Flowers ordered for my mom this Mother's Day. When I contacted them regarding my mom disappointment they replied " This delivery did I not come from us, we do not deliver to Arcadia. The design will not be exactly like our picture " Customer Service Wow I purchased from Beneva Florist sorry the company they used did not fulfill the order to the customer satisfaction. A few months ago, my uncle passed away and the funeral home that we used strongly urged us to try Beneva Flowers again. We learned the new owner had completely revamped the business to provide the best flowers and customer service in Sarasota. We were not disappointed! When they arrived they were very small even though I was told that for $100 the order would be very nice. The lady who answered the phone and took the order for my sons homecoming date flowers was very nice. The wrist corsage turn out pretty. The only thing is I did not notice until the corsage was home was that one of the roses had a little bit of brown around one of the petals. Overall the corsage was beautiful and the price was great!
