I always shop at this Tractor Supply store because it's closer to my home. I shop often because I…read morehave farm animals and need feed. First, let me say both my husband and I are elderly and disabled. Today I was gathering 15 -50 pound bags of feed. I saw a male employee, he looked at me then pushed his cart away. I'm guessing someone called in to pickup an order. He could have stopped, at least asked me if he could help. But no, he turned away, even after seeing me struggling to lift the bags onto my cart. Customers in the store should be helped first, especially the disabled elderly. I managed to load 6 - 50 pound bags when my 83 year old husband found me. There was a younger female employee who passed by without offering to help. There is never enough help. The aisles have so much stuff crammed in that it's hard to maneuver a heavy cart through the aisles. We get to the counter to check out and the cashier was not the brightest crayon in the box. She was nice but seemed scatterbrained. After paying, I asked for help loading. They send a skinny girl who has trouble loading our feed. This store never has enough help. I guess corporate doesn't realize having women load heavy bags will cause female problems later in their life. But I'm sure with the turnaround of employees they have, the female employees won't know how their issues started. Hire some men to do the heavy lifting, hire more employees to help customers, especially the disabled ones. Yes, we will come back but I hope corporate takes notice of complaints.

I mow several acres of grass for my neighbors woo work all day and one who is elderly. An hour of mowing and the rear tire partially fell off the new machine. To make a long story short, a special washer at the axle was missing from the factory. The next morning a tech from Tractor supply who had dropped off the mower the day before was out to investigate the problem. With a phone call he was given the green lite to tell me they would bring a new replacement the next day. As a retired Verizon outside tech having dealt with thousands of customers I found this service " outstanding ". From my first call to the story with a customer service woman, I believe it was Haley, to rob seasoned professional, I was treated in a manner that should be taught in corporate classes. Great Job Tractor Supply.

As I walked to the front door. they shut it and locked it. ( it was wide open when I got there ) they didn't even say that they were closed. They seen me sitting there when they walked out. And said nothing. I knocked on the door. No one answered. I drove around the front and took a picture of the phone number and called twice to no avail. I called the following day and asked to speak with the manager. He knew I was going to call. The kids said I was out on my phone, and he let the manager know that I was going to call. I asked the manager how did he know if I was going to call and why would he know that. I'll tell you why because he shut and locked the door in my face and didn't even have the courtesy to tell me that they were closed at three. And the manager was quite rude. And I hung up on him and that was my first time and last time at the store. The manager told me that the kid told him I was on the phone for a few minutes before I got out. I tried asking the manager why didn't the kid tell me that he was closing? closed? He was already there he seen me. And when I called after they shut and locked the door on me it was 3:01 PM. Pretty shitty customer service. If I was sitting in my car for so long., how did I call them twice at 3:01. When I got there at 2:55? And I had to drive around the front of the building, to take a picture of the phone number to call them. All in a matter of six minutes. So if I called twice at 3:01 when I had the drive around the front to get the number in the first place, they closed the store early. I hope the owner sees this! Because if I was him, neither one of them kids would have a job. They need to learn customer service. PS you only got one star review only because I had to post a star to post this review
