We emailed back and forth and she was always super prompt with her responses. When I finally sent my finished design to her, she texted me photos to confirm sizing and placement -- again, super prompt and communicative. I came in today to pick up my finished shirt and it looks absolutely incredible. Jackie was very kind and complimentary and even gave me a handful iron-on glitter stickers on my way out -- she clearly goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. I cannot overstate how kind and flexible Jackie was throughout this entire process. A genuinely kind and hardworking woman who cares about the work that she does and making sure that it meets her clients' standards! I was able to get a shirt with a design printed on the front, back and sleeve for 34 dollars (small additional charge for oversized designs -- I think $2? -- which I was more than happy to pay!). A previous screenprinting job in New York cost me $50+ (not even including the shirt). Jackie's price points are unbeatable and the precision + care with which she does her printing are unmatched. I went to a small business sneaker place instead, and they explained that the sneakers I was paired with weren't great for my feet, didn't support how I walk, and are meant for runners who do little to no walking during their runs. Thankful to have found another place that was knowledgeable and paired me with sneakers that actually work for me. My Dick's Sporting Goods experience was still full of friendly staff and a clean and organized store. This location is clean and organized, full of friendly and helpful staff, and has a wide variety of options to choose from. I recently went to buy a pair of sneakers and Branden so kindly helped me find the pair that was best for me. He was very educated on the different types of sneakers and where other products in the store were located.

I went to Dick's in Danvers at 10:30 am on 7/28/2025 to get a fishing license. I had to push hard on the absurdity that no one in the store could get me a license. After three managers, trying to figure it out, one thanked me for my patience, of which I had already lost. When I responded with "As long as you all think it's f***ing absurd no one in the store can do a fishing license". All three managers stopped what they were doing to reprimand me for swearing, cause that was way more important than actually providing services. Unbelievable.

He informed me that they're production warehouse is in CT but if I overnighted the shirt he would get it done within a couple hours and overnight it back to me as I need it today, Friday, which it just arrived. I found a few cute items that I was going to buy and was standing looking at some dresses on a rack, when one of the employees with a name tag that said MIA accosted me out of nowhere. She said, "Did you touch that dress?" She was pointing at a dress to my right on a different rack than the one I was looking at that was hanging half way off of the hanger. I responded no to her smiling and said thank you but I am not interested in that dress. Then she got very aggressive with me and said, "If you touched that dress and it's not hung up correctly then you should make sure you put it back right." I had no idea what she was talking about, I never looked at nor touched the dress. Then it occurred to me that she was implying that I was inconsiderate towards her, which was crazy since I didn't even do anything, but let's say hypothetically that I did. I have worked at numerous clothing stores and would never start yelling at a customer for not hanging up something correctly. I would just fix it because it was my job. Anyway, she continued to come after me with an intense look in her eyes and I was very uncomfortable, so I left the items I was going to buy and texted my husband to meet me at the front of the store. I told one of the employees at the front what happened and he just stared at me and said, "Ummm there's the manager." The manager he pointed to was an older man in a disheveled outfit and gruff demeanor, I think his name was Vincent, and when I told him what happened he said, "Well I wasn't there so I don't know who said what or what happened." I was absolutely shocked by his response. I was clearly shaken up and he made no effort to hear me or make me feel better. It was kind of shocking, I mean, this is the level of professionalism that Nordstrom Rack has with its leadership and customer service? It is a joke. At a minimum he should have apologized and attempted to make me feel better. I HAVE been a manager and I would have apologized to the customer, would have said I would speak to the employee, and that we value your support of our store. It's obvious Nordstrom Rack at this Danvers location could care less how they run the store (which is always a mess), or the people they hire. This was a hugely disappointing experience. My husband and I have always spent a lot of money there, but they have lost us as customers.
