This guy is extremely unprofessional and not experienced with installing fences. he built a fence 7 feet on to my property after not reading the neighbors property survey properly. I told him he waa building on my property and he continued to build anyways. It has been two months now and he has not come back to fix the mistake he made to begin with. I wish I had checked John's Yelp reviews before we gave him our business. We had him install 3 vinyl gates in the front of our house. The one gate is a double gate, and the workers screwed the post into the side of our house. we have been calling and texting him since last week. John has a problem returning calls and texts. His office worker promised last week someone would be here last Friday, and here we are still waiting. His workers left their garbage all over our driveway, including screws. Called an arranged an estimate. Waited two weeks. I spoke to him directly. The day of the estimate I called to confirm and he told me yes he would be there. He never showed up. He never answered his phone. He never called me back to apologize. Wasted my time and a half day of work. I have no time for unprofessional people who do business this way. Yesterday we were scheduled to have John give us an estimate at 1:30 to replace an existing fence on our property which is level. He showed up an hour early which put us in an embarrassing situation as another fence company was just leaving after giving us an estimate. He took a quick look at the fence and told us he had to leave quickly for a short whiand would be right back. We waited and he never returned nor called. Needless to say we will not be using him. Stockade fence was installed in August 2020. Now there are several areas that have come apart. I've called and left numerous messages as well as sending more than 8 text messages. No response back. Posted negative review on FB and he posted a response to send him the address. Sent two texts with the address and again no response. Buying a new home that needs fencing and will never use this business again. read more

This company did work on my neighbors fence. While they were here, a lot of fence blew off their truck into my yard and driveway. It caused $3500 in damage to my husband's Ram that was parked in our driveway. The bed top liner was ripped and multiple dents and scratches. The owner agreed to take care of the damages and there was a police report made. We gave damage estimates and now they have disappeared. Can't get a hold of anyone and their secretary doesn't give out any phone numbers or assistance. These people don't do the right thing. read more

Horrible horrible customer service. They installed my fence but have not returned even once to make some needed repairs. John, the owner has hung up on me, ignored phone calls and messages and delays the project. Our building permit is about to expire while I still wait for him to come and make repairs. Don't use! And he now works for Victorian Fence and they are equally as bad. They do not want to associate with John but yet have him working in their office. read more

I had this company install our stockade fence five years ago and last May we noticed that most of the back panels were tilting at a 45 degree angle. Obviously, the fence posts were not installed with cement or put in the ground deep enough. I contacted the office on numerous occasions and finally was told the guys would be out to fix the posts. They never came!!! I was told 2 times they would come to fix the issue. I am disappointed in this company because you would think in a new development, they would want to do a good job so they can more work in the area. Plus, he was referred by a friend of mine that lives an hour away. I will be looking for a local company to fix our fence. read more
