I was probably a few weeks ago now anyways so I got two coffees and we left to sit on the patio and my friend decided he wanted cream in this coffee so I go back and I've never been told to wait in line for only cream cream at any coffee shop let alone a higher end one. We also ordered a breakfast burrito and bacon breakfast sandwich. I knew it was a bad sign when I saw them putting the food in the microwave. Both items were inedible! They were wet and disgusting. We took one bite and threw it away. I let the worker know how bad it was. I don't know why they even offer breakfast when it's not freshly made like all of the baked goods. What a waste of money. The description of the breakfast sandwich also said it was on a ciabatta roll which it wasn't. The pictures looked nothing like what we got. Im so disappointed in this establishment. The prices here are outrageous. $7.60 for a tiny matcha drink. I had a gift card for this place and apparently "it wasn't honored" due to merging with the bakery. Ridiculous. I went back and asked for a refund before they even made my drink because the whole point of me going there was to get a "free " drink due to my gift card. They then proceeded to tell me they don't give refunds and only offer gift certificates. I didn't want a gift card because I don't plan on going back. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Bummer i wasn't able to check them out pre-COVID. They have a nice comfortable inside and outside dining area. I ordered both a seasonal drink an Ice Gingerbread Latte and an Iced Vanilla Dirty Chai with light ice. The Iced Gingerbread was a 10/10, taste of gingerbread and espresso was amazing. The Vanilla Dirty Chai was a solid 8/10. I would add another shot of espresso to definitely taste espresso. Would highly recommend this coffee shop. The ambiance of the dining area is slick and not your run of the mill type of place. The decor is almost Hollywood chic which makes it an interesting place to study and do work. The coffee roasts are up there and the drinks are on point when it comes to flavor. As most artisan 3rd wave coffee houses, you pay a pretty penny for your beverages as well as any bites that you may want to have. Really hate it when my job sends me all the way to Temecula for work but I found myself needing some caffeine for the drive back home. The Bean Coffee Roasters popped up on Yelp, I always attempt to find local coffee shops instead of going to the SBUX people. Very convenient coffee place located off the main drag of Ynez Rd inside of a shopping center. Lots of parking and is actually way bigger inside than it looks when walking in. I must say I was impressed with the inside of this shop. First off the place was very clean, including behind the counters. Lots of comfortable chairs, seats and desks for people to do work on their laptops. They serve all your basic espresso drinks, ice drinks, smoothies, pastries and some basic breakfast foods. The people at Bean Coffee Roasters have created a great atmosphere to read, do work, chat or just enjoy a cup of coffee. Even though they had music playing in the background, it wasn't too loud or obnoxious. Service was great, quick and very friendly. I didn't go for anything special here, I just wanted some drip coffee to-go but I did appreciate that they offered two types of brew. They claim to micro roast their coffee here, to give you the fresh experience of freshly roasted beans for your coffee. Which is weird because I've talked to coffee roasters before and they always seem to say that 2 weeks after roasting is the optimal time to grind and brew, but the coffee here was pretty damn good nonetheless. First impression when walking in was very confused. There are actually 3 businesses here but only one line. It was hard to figure out where to stand to be honest, it seemed like other people were confused as well. That being said this review will be just for the bean. It could have been because of the staffing but it took a good 15 minutes to get our coffee. Besides that we ordered the vanilla chai latte and it turned out to be very good. It could be because I am on a chai kick but the coffee itself was very good. I did find the price to be on the higher side. If we do come back I am going to give their pure coffee a try maybe they're cold brew and see what those roasty beans really taste like. read more

I have a very bad habit of looking for 4-5 star places whenever I try something, and I've been disappointed by some of those places many times in the past. However, I'm pleased to tell you that Bean coffee roasters lives up to its hype. I ordered the iced vanilla latte with an extra double espresso shot, and my partner ordered the hazelnut latte with an extra double shot as well. Both drinks were ordered half sweetened, which I believe is 3 pumps of syrup instead of 6, and we substituted regular milk for oat. My drink was absolutely delicious! The vanilla notes came through perfectly and weren't overpowering. My partner's drink however, was a little less tasty. It wasn't missing sweetness because that was there, but it was missing the actual hazelnut flavor and tasted a little more bland because of that (hence the 4 stars and not 5). Overall, it is high quality coffee, and great to know beans are roasted in house. I highly recommended trying out the vanilla latte! read more

So this was a happy accident stumbling upon your coffee shop! We usually go to another location close by which was closed for unknown reasons so I looked up coffee shops close by and my husband and I decided to give you guys a shot! I'm SO happy we did! You will be my new go to! The customer service is on point here (which ho early is hard to find anymore) the two employees working this morning were welcoming, kind and helpful! We both got the Mexican mocha and it was AMAZING!!! They even give you a free cookie when you pick up your drink. The cakes, pies and other goodies looked amazing! We will be bringing our older kids back to get coffees and dessert! Plan on ordering a pie too. The inside is large with plenty of seating areas. They have amazing cakes on display. We're talking baking channel challenge cakes. Outside they have a nice large covered patio area. No complaints! This place is GREAT!
