We called our mechanic and a relative who does a lot of work with engines, etc and both suggested Porcelli's. My son rode in the tow truck and waited for his mother to arrive. The owner, Richard was waiting for him and took care of an emotional and scared kid like he was his own until she arrived. They talked and went over what was going to happen next and he made everyone feel much better about an awful situation for all of us. Richard handled every step of the process with the insurance people, always communicating clearly with us and making us feel as though we had someone knowledgeable and honest who cares about us on our side. In the end it was a total loss, which was a terrible outcome. But Richard took the time to go over what we should expect from the settlement and it worked out very fairly with our insurance company (Progressive, who were also great). I can not recommend Porcelli's more highly. The personal attention, care and knowledge we received made something scary, frustrating and awful much better than it could have been. In a business that could have a bad reputation, Porcelli's sets itself apart with professionalism, care, and kindness. We hope to buy his new car from the dealership that is part of this business. They have our complete trust.

I told the guys you need to clear the yellow code after the repair. Christian nodded his head like yup. When I was told the car was ready. I asked if code had been cleared . Yes I was told no problem. I paid the outrageous bill.. For in the car code NOT cleared . I waited 45 mins no luck. I had to leave and come back. I will never bring my car to these guys again JOKE. While driving from MI to RI, my front driver quarter demolished by a deer on Rt 80 in PA. The challenge was getting my car repaired within 2 weeks while I vacationed in RI. Gordon and his team finished 2 days ahead of scheduled. Gordon was very concerned that the work was done right the first time, as I could not easily return. During this check out, they found another serious safety problem with my rear axle. I was rear-ended by a truck and brought my vehicle in for a quote and what I hoped would be repair to my vehicle. I was informed by insurance company that vehicle was deemed a total loss and that I needed to pick up my vehicle (still drive-able) and return my rental. When I attempted to pick up my vehicle, Christine from Warwick Collision Center refused to let me take my vehicle. She said I could not retrieve until my insurance company paid for the cost of the quote and storage. Unfortunately, it took several months before this was straightened out between the two insurance companies. Warwick Collision Center kept charging $30 per day for storage while this was being sorted by the insurance companies. In the end, there was an additional $2,500 in storage charges that ended up getting paid by me. I contacted Christine and requested that this amount be credited and she said she would check with her Supervisor. I never heard back from Christine, and she failed to return several calls that I placed. In addition, my vehicle was not stored in a garage. When my wife went to retrieve some personal items, it was located in an empty, uncovered, security-less parking lot next to Home Depot on Bald Hill Ave. The battery was dead, the electronic key to the vehicle was broken. The vehicle was not protected from the elements due to damage to the trunk. When my wife opened the trunk, there was a family of mice living amongst her belongings. I advise that you think twice before doing business with this company due to their lack of integrity and professionalism.
