My salesperson, Ron, was fantastic--friendly, efficient, and got me in and out quickly, which I really appreciated. Even better, my furniture is being delivered the same day, which is a huge plus. My only complaint is regarding the White Glove delivery fee. I was told it would be $99, and I even called my husband while at the store to tell him that price. Ron heard this and did not correct me. When I reviewed my receipt at home, I saw I was actually charged $170. When I called the store, they confirmed the higher amount. That part felt misleading and disappointing. Aside from that issue, everything else about my experience was great, and I'm looking forward to receiving my furniture today.
