Such an awkward experience!! I had emailed before hand because I was nervous about size availability and was told to come in. I walked in and wasn't even acknowledged for a few minutes. They are most likely going to need some mending and a cleaning. But for the affordable price point and the quality of designer you get access to, I think it is WELL worth it. I had an appointment to try on wedding dresses at The Find Bridal and was extremely disappointed. Some dresses I tried on were run down with ripped tulle for example. I was also disappointed with customer service. I was willing to try on and consider any price range and style but it seemed that since I wasn't sure of what dress I wanted and the exact budget, Alexis didn't consider me a serious client and was quick to help someone else. He only came back around to try and "seal the deal" when I had tried on a dress twice and then didn't care to say bye to me and my family when we left. This is an extremely delayed review! I went here back in August 2017 on my MOH'a recommendation. It was our fourth stop of the day after I traveled on a red-eye from the Bay Area. I was exhausted! But I am a Miami native and I couldn't imagine going dress shopping without my closest two girlfriends and my aunts who raised me. I had a late appointment with Alexis. I had no idea what type of dress I wanted anymore because anything I thought I wanted made me look frumpy or pregnant (which I was not!). He not only helped me shake off the stress of shopping for "the dress", but also managed to pick me up me with his infectious energy. After realizing that I wasn't sure of the specific style that I wanted, Alexis worked his magic. He asked me to take a seat as he strolled through the store, picking out what he thought I would look my best in. And boy, did he ever work that magic! I ended up picking the first dress I tried on! I am not a woman who gets outwardly emotional very easily but I just couldn't contain my tears as I looked at myself in the mirror. I felt absolutely gorgeous! Came to this store as my second stop of 4 salons. Service here was good as I was the only one in the store, the salon was pretty big and had pedestals for you to stand on along with plenty of mirrors. I had my heart set on a Berta dress but it was completely out of my price range. To my surprise, I found a dress that was pretty much a replica of my dream Berta dress but below my budget! I couldn't believe it, I was really really shocked. Of course, I bought the dress right away and cancelled my last 2 appointments! I made an appointment with Alex, at the find bridal to come in with my mom, fiancé's mom, and best friend and look at wedding dresses. This was our first stop, as I had planned a day to find 'the dress' The location is not on Miracle mile it is a 5 minute drive from there, and it is metered so bring change! I had budgeted what $$ amount I wanted to spend on a dress, and the selection he informed me was mostly designers, and that they would be all over my budget. The staff was very sweet and welcoming. Loved the feel of the boutique, it felt organized and private. The only thing that was very frustrating for me was the small variety of sizes. I am currently a size 10/12 in wedding dresses and there was only one option for me to try on and it wasn't even a style I liked. I wasn't warned/asked about my size I was pulling options to try on. I ended up with a fitting room full of dresses that didn't fit me. It was a very unpleasant way to start dress hunting for the first time and resulted in a minor bridal breakdown. Heads up to the ladies with thicker hips out there... if you aren't a size 0 to 8 call ahead and make sure they have options in your size because it's not a fun experience. read more

My visit to The Find was happenstance. I originally had an appointment at a nearby shop. After being completely disappointed with the appointment I stumbled upon this gem. Alexis was beyond amazing. He took such great care of my mom and I and helped up pick the most amazing tiara. Not only did Alexis help me find the tiara, he took my hair and created the most amazing up do which I'm now going to ask my glam squad to recreate. Trust me, GO HERE FIRST. I went to 4 other boutiques before visiting here. I drove from Orlando area (4 hours) to check out this boutique (and the sister store next door, Chic Parisien) last minute and before officially saying yes to a dress I found in Orlando. I am so so happy I decided to come here. They have an amazing collection of more fashion forward, higher end gowns, for great prices. I believe many if not all of them are samples from next door. I met with Carmen, who was more than amazing. When I arrived, we sat down and discussed exactly what I was looking for, and she FOUND THE DRESS! She was so helpful, calm, not pushy, moved quickly, and she didn't waste any time. I really could not have asked for a better experience. read more

Eager to find my wedding dress, I specifically set an entire day to visit several bridal stores in the Coral Gables area this week. The Find Bridal was my first appointment of the day. Although running slightly behind on schedule (because of course, Miami traffic :/) I called so they knew I was still coming. Alexis answered the phone and was completely understanding. Upon arrival we parked immediately in front of their store. Alexis greeted us as we walked in. He seemed to be the only associate in the store at the time and we were the only party there (noon on a Wednesday). As I sat with him to go over my budget, wedding details, style, etc. the first comment he made was "I woke up not feeling like working or shaving today". Laughing it off, not thinking anything of it I carried on with our conversation. I should've noticed the lack of enthusiasm at that very moment and walked out the door, but I still wanted to give him the chance. He knew of my specific budget by way of the survey I filled out prior to my appointment and he seemed completely pessimistic. Mind you, although The Find Bridal carries designer it is still an outlet. What attracted me to their store to begin with is that they have sample sales year round. Yet, Alexis stated their dresses start off at $9000. He started pulling out dresses that were completely opposite of what I described I wanted. To appease him, I tried on a few of his picks. He walked me to the dressing room, hangs up my dress and told me to let him know if I needed help. Pause. Don't they normally assist you in getting the dresses on? Thankfully my bridesmaid was there to assist but at that point I was completely turned off. I tried on one dress and decided not to proceed. When I kindly expressed that it wasn't working out as I was leaving he asked if I've checked out David's Bridal. Not that that should be offensive, but his demeanor came off extremely rude. Out of all recommendations that's the best you had? Maybe Alexis had an off day but for an experience that should be nothing short of amazing for a bride-to-be, I would not recommend the Find Bridal. Thankfully my next appointment made up for it and I said YES to the dress that same day! read more

I tried on 2 dresses from Costarellos and I fall in love with one, the price range was over my budget but thank god they gave me a great price for that dress. I had such a wonderful experience at The Find! It was my first time going dress shopping and I had no idea what would work best on my body type and what I would like. The sales team listened to what I wanted and allowed me to try on multiple styles and even let me pull from the rack myself. I went in with a set budget in mind and they respected that. I actually spent less than what I had budgeted for. My dress is also a style that could be ordered new for me, instead of purchasing a sample that had been tried on before. The staff found out I was a teacher and included my veil at no extra cost. Alex styled my hair when I found THE dress with a headband he truly made me feel bridal. All I can say is WOW, this is truly a 5 star experience for any bride! Picking out a wedding dress and finding a shop that has quality, inventory, and amazing service is incredibly difficult and The Find makes this possible! From the moment my family and I got there, we got the royal treatment. I felt like Anne Hathaway in the first "Princess Diaries" movie when she had her makeover! This is due to the two very special and loving stylists who run the shop. They are simply the best and if I wish the proper words in the English language existed. My family is very hard to please and for my grandma and great aunt to walk out stunned is just a true testament of how amazing they are. I tried on several dresses that were all beautiful and many of them were recommended by the stylists, so I felt very comfortable with their selections for me. I ended up with my dream dress and it was a wish that came true for me. Remember ladies, this is a cash and carry shop so if you're ready to purchase make sure you have your funds set. I couldn't wait for my trip down to Coral Gables to go to the Find. I was so excited and it was all I talked about for weeks. I was with my mom and sister in law, and we made an appointment months in advance for a weekday. We walked in and we were shortly greeted by our consultant, were told to look around. There were 4 other brides during the same appointment slot. The pictures online make this space look fairly large, it's really not. Another bride had 6 guests and there was only one mirror with a pedestal outside of the rooms. We found a few dresses we thought would suit me and asked to try on. About 50 minutes later, our consultant still hadn't pulled them. At this point my sister-in-law pulled them herself and found the consultant, who offered no help, and no apologies. At this point, I started to feel really disappointed. This wasn't what I hoped being a bride was going to be like and their online presence made it seem like they cared about the experience brides had. I got to the dressing room, and I realized I had to share it with another bride. It was covered with the other brides belongings and dresses, and when she came out, I would change and vice versa. The consultant told me she couldn't help me put the dresses on because another bride needed her, so my mom and I were left trying to figure it out, all while another bride was standing outside the curtain waiting to use the room. No advice, no clips to help with fitting, no experienced insight. Finally, I was just so overwhelmed and I felt horrible for dragging my mom and sister-in-law 3 hours away for this. We left the shop, and I honestly don't even think my consultant noticed or cared. I left almost in tears and it's so unfortunate because I thought the concept of the shop is great, and would have loved to return for a hair piece or accessories, but it's not worth what I went through and what it did to my confidence as a new bride.
