The staging was delayed by a week. Once the house was staged it was very obvious it did not meet the luxury listing we had: bedrooms had just a bed/nightstand only, the beds looked like boxes and had thin bedding, very sparsely furnished rooms, almost no decor and untouched kitchen area. Just very sad and lifeless design. We gave them a second attempt and although it was a bit better it still was not up to par compared to our listing price. We respectfully asked to destage. The destaging part took forever. While the team offered a third attempt at staging (which was declined), mysteriously the truck become unavailable to destage until the next week, then the end of the week, then Friday, then Friday morning and finally a 30min heads up when we are 60in away. After destaging we got a $7,500 bill and had the task of removing lots of oversized 2inch nails from our walls. I unfortunately cannot recommend working with Setting the Space. I made a similar review on Angi's list.

I returned all three fixtures to the Kingston location on September 4, only seven days after purchase because they were too large for the intended space. Two boxes were completely unopened. The third was opened only to inspect the fixture for fit; it was never installed or used and was returned in its original packaging. I received a refund of $769.53, leaving an unexplained deduction of $178.44. I reviewed both Light 'N Leisure's published return policy on the website before placing my order and there is no mention of any restocking fees. In fact, I have reviewed it over several times. I returned the items to the store and again no mention of any restocking fees. I went to the store and spoke to the owner, Bill, who went to the back room, not to return and left it for a sales person, Andy, to deal with. They were rude, not helpful and only looking to screw buyers. Buyer beware this is honestly the worst place to ever by a product from. There is no customer service, no manager to talk too, they don't provide return receipts and just make up rules. They deserve to be closed down!!!
