There is a cardio room with elliptical machines, treadmills, and even a rowing machine. There is a corner with a workout bag, medicine balls, and jump ropes. Down stairs there are table games and a full locker room with showers. The monthly rate is very affordable and can be deducted from an account or credit card or save a little and pay the year in advance. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the place is well kept.

There is a small exercise room downstairs with a few ellipticals and treadmills as well as different weight machines, meant more for beginners. Upstairs is much larger with a lot of cardio machines, as well as more advanced weight machines and free weights. Eclipse has a group fitness schedule that changes as well. The locker room is a decent size and is clean. The lockers use digilocks on them which are electric locks that use a 4digit personal code each time you use a locker. These are very easy to use and great bc you dont have to buy a lock. Locker rooms also have both a sauna and steam room as well as showers. The gym is also connected to the comfort inn hotel which makes it very easy for hotel guests to use the fitness center

This review is the third posted here and there was 1 each of one star and 5 stars. This gym is hardly a one star. It's definitely not a new golds gym or an iconic power house or world gym, but it is a really solid local gym. First off, this gym has a free weights room off by itself. (It also a machine room. The machine room is complete but just ok.). It has a power rack and smith press and the entire room is padded so you can do deadlifts almost anywhere. It has a small but complete locker room. Lockers, showers, changing area, showers. The machines are mismatched, but it's a mix of hammer strength plate loaders and cybex cables and machines. Any (and this gym included) gym with a hammer strength split leg leg press automatically gets 5 stars. This is a beautiful and rare piece of equipment. Room for improvement (kind of not picking really) -cybex machines are often belts -cardio equipment is dated and could be better variety (bike with full seat, old style elliptical) -lacks water bottle fill machine (does have fountain) -mirror situation for dumbbells and squat rack, but otherwise lacking

They are a excellent family center, with a pool available for both lap swim and recreational swim time (and you can rent it for birthday parties and other events). It has two weight rooms, an aerobic excercise room which was just upgraded with new equipment, a raquetball court, and numerous adult fitness classes (ranging from Pilates to Zumba). All in all, its a fantastic part of the local community.
