After a consultation with the manager, the lovely receptionist told me that they would not honor the gift certificate $100. The gift certificate did not have an expiration date on it, but evidently they have a policy that it cannot be used after five years. Especially in light of the closures during the pandemic. I do not think this was right. I choose to no longer patronize this business and will be getting my massages elsewhere from now on.

She also said that if I didn't like her place, I should get out and not come back. How unprofessional! If her business is getting bad reviews, maybe there is a real fundamental reason.
