When we arrived, there was no receptionist. We had to look around for someone to check us in at 2:57. Two ladies left their clients to greet us. We were informed that they were only expecting one person. We were checked in and led to a room. By this time, it was 3:10. We were told to allow them 15 minutes to finish with their current clients. We waited 25 minutes and they still were not ready. We had to leave without our massage to get to our dinner in time. While I was there, I noticed a pot of lotion, where it seemed pretty clear to me that they used it on other clients, which is unsanitary. It's called double dipping and has other clients skin cells in it. There's no way to know what body part they would use that lotion on. They could be spreading athletes feet, among other things.

I think someone went to a store and picked the loudest clocks possible, even over the music you could hear every tick as the seconds pass. I was told none of the previous employees worked there anymore. On my last visit, I got a massage from a younger girl whose name I didn't get. During a massage at a place like this it's common for them to "brush against" certain body parts while massaging your thighs. I'm a guy so I don't really mind it and I know some of them probably do it in the hopes of a larger tip but she was doing it enough to make it obvious that it was on purpose and attempting to get me aroused. My guy was falling asleep & snores while he was giving me a leg massage. When all the massage therapist got up to get the hot rocks & hot towels. I ask my friends who was snoring & they said,"it was on my side then I told them that my guy was leaning back & forth, lefty to right. I can see him through my towel on my eyes." My friends also say, " one of their lady was doing the same thing , like my guy." Then, they all came back with the rocks & towels but nothing was hot or even warm enough for us. We took advantage of that promo. The front room only had 3 foot massage stations, but they maneuvered a 3rd sofa to put next to the 2 so that we can all be together. We thought we might be distracted and not relaxed being so close to the door in the open lobby, but they put one of those room dividers next to us to separate. Service was superb from the massages to the service. The place was very nice, clean, and relaxing. Our masseuse would ask if the pressure was okay. They took us to the rooms to continue the back massage. The only thing I did not like was when my masseuse got on top of the bed with me with her knees on either side of my head as she's massaging my back. In my culture, no feet/legs area is supposed to be close to a person's head like that as it lacks respect. We only wish this place was closer to us or else we would come here more frequently. Then masseuse also left servicing me when another customer voiced a complaint about the quality of their massage. It was bad enough that the whole interaction was very loud and disrupting, but I didn't think that my masseuse needed to leave to be involved as the lady managing the front desk was taken care of it! Overall, very disappointed in this visit, as it was not relaxing at all! I absolutely did not get my moneys worth!
